The branding/marketing just happens to not appeal to me (or TW apparently) is all (what's with the tasteless bondage image). Advertising aside, the device itself looks pretty nice as well as the price. I wonder about the build quality a bit based on the posts I've read in here, but EM seems to make things right even if something is not quite right to start with.
This would be a nice feature, an option to get a personalized laser etched engraving... so say instead of "Indulgence" in a sexy slinky font, I could get "Addiction" in a helter skelterish font.
Just to clear this up the engraving on the indulgence is NOT laser etched. I thought the same thing! It is actually fairly deeply engraved into the battery cup. It seemes to be built pretty good, the threads on the insert cap as well as the battery cup are fine threads not coarse. The button is a little on the sensative side but is recessed enough so it shouldn't go off in pants pockets. All and all I was very impressed when mine arrived. Also it is only about 2inches tall without an atty on it, that is non-HV size.
Re: Indulgence or addiction, my rule is for my PVs to look serious such that no one in polite company ever questions what I'm doing. The only printing I would prefer to nothing at all would be for it to look like drug store prescription information on mine.
It would take a gun to my head for me to buy or use a huge PV having a beer logo or that of a sports team. Oh! and don't even ask me about units having buttons with sharp edges.
After all that diatribe; Eastmall is a very responsible vendor. One can trust them to back up their well designed products.
I do marketing consultation for a few Chinese specialty manufacturers in another industry. I wish one of mine "got it" as well as Eastmall does.

I do have to say there is absolutely NO reason to put down ANY mod like this! It is utterly disrespectful to the people that have spent countless hours working to perfect a good product.
