how long do the standard indulgence batteries take to charge?

I am pretty sure it is a 4 hour charge, but because there is no actual paper work here --
I am of the old school, and when in doubt give them a 8 hour blast ----

hahaha -- I did mine for 8 hours, and got near 10 hours vaping ---

so try your own tests -- this is just my opinion -----

Well got my indulgence today. I must say, I'm a very sad Panda. Very sad indeed. I could deal with improper fittings and such, and the waiting for better fitting replacements that is being offered. But, mine is not functioning at all. I have sent a video link to customer support. Hopefully they can help.

And before it's suggested, all batteries are fully charged cr123a 3v's and 3.7v's, 18350's, and 18560's. All connections are in place, all attys are functioning.

Also, the connector ends.....very poor. They don't sit right. The 510 and 801 is the worst of them all. The 510 has the holes widely exposed and tilted which makes all the attys (510,801,901,and m401) look like the leaning tower of Pisa.

After a couple weeks of high anticipation. I'm looking at a pretty paper weight. I hope they respond soon.

Hi Dedmonwakin

Try screwing the centre brass piece in on the switch part, this bit is not soldered and just screws in to make contact with the switch leg. This might allow you to use it a bit until the replacements arrive.

I have gone back to using my Silver Bullet as my 510 end piece is unusable. I hope the replacements come soon.

Thank you for the recommendation!

Had no idea the center brass unscrews! As for connection to the switch leg,.......what switch leg?

I would also like to inform you guys about another problem(hopefully resolved in 2nd edition). I used my indulgence with two 510 atomizers. They worked in the indulgence, but didn't screw in all the way/correctly. I tried to use one of the atomizers(which had been used in the indulgence) with a normal 510 battery. I got nothing/no vapor. I tried the atomizer on the indulgence, and it worked, vapor came. Well I tried the 2nd atomizer then with a normal 510 battery. Again, didn't work.

It appears as though the indulgence connection is breaking/pushing in the atomizer connector so after it is used in the indulgence, it can't be used with normal 510 batteries anymore.

Dedmonwakin: Looks like that's the problem, you should be able to see it through the hole. If it's not there then there won't be a connection from the switch and no power to the atomiser.

Earthling: You can insert a bent paper clip into the centre hole of the atty and very gently work the centre contact back up to where it should be so that they will work on your batteries again.

Aww man!!! How'd this get past quality control!!!!????!!!

I just don't know what to say. Here I was worried about the device using a tact switch, when I really should have been worried about the switch being functional at all. I just hope they respond soon.

The finish on mine is quality, I will admit. The fittings, are much to be desired.

As of now, I could just put a toy motor in it, with a gyro tip and hand it over to the wife. At Least someone would be satisfied.

I sent a message through your company site "Contact Us" Option yesterday. Should I have sent it through standard email? Still awaiting a reply. If you look back 1 page of this thread, Taroth helped me discover one of the issues, if not the main issue. If it were halfway working, that would be one thing, but I waited almost 2 weeks for a shiny pipe. Please respond soon, or am I being to impatient?

I would say shoot another email out just requesting assistance in general nothing too specific. As of now David seems to be the go to guy and he has some english issues so if you don't have basic language it may not get through correctly and is hard to reply to... just keep that in mind... maybe try to get Di's attention even though Di is no longer with EM still can be helpful with things of this nature
