I would say shoot another email out just requesting assistance in general nothing too specific. As of now David seems to be the go to guy and he has some english issues so if you don't have basic language it may not get through correctly and is hard to reply to... just keep that in mind... maybe try to get Di's attention even though Di is no longer with EM still can be helpful with things of this nature
Thanks for the suggestions. I will do this. My emotions are getting the best of me and I'm not liking this roller coaster ride one bit. Off to send another email. Thanks again!

Well, looks like it's better to contact him through standard email rather than the "Contact Us" link or Warranty issue page. He responded almost as fast as I could push the send button.

Yes, David is polite and tries to be very helpful in solving any and all issues.

Please understand that English is not his first language
so a little understanding and patience is required here please.

If I can be of help to you please do not hesitate to contact me,
I will do my best to help.:)

My replacement has been shipped today - hooray!

I thought to myself only 10 days to 2 weeks and I'll finally be able to use it, better charge the batteries ready for it to come, only now I find my charger doesn't work either - Why didn't I check it sooner

I checked the battery and was at 3.85v but charger goes green after about 5 seconds. Tried the other battery which was 3.92v and same thing happens.

Does anyone know if the replacement kit includes a charger?

Yep my charger was stuffed too.
Lucky I also have a silver bullet and I can charge the batteries on that charger

CHARGERS ---

ok guys these chargers ----

I gotta say I am not thrilled with this model of charger that the manufacturer has supplied, but - it is what we have to work with at the moment --

I had to fiddle with mine and click the battery side to side to get it to sit right and red lite to come on,

I dropped the danged thing twice, - **#%%@** 8-o8-o

the batty fell out three times,- @%$^#&**#%%@** 8-o8-o8-o

but I actually did get it working ok,
I will talk to David about this, and see if we can get the manufacturer to change and give a better charger.

When you talk to David about the charger problems and if he decides to use a different model then it would make more sense to use a 3v/3.7v charger instead of the current 1.2v/3.7v/9v charger as this would mean it could charge all types of batteries that are available for the Indulgence.

I'm not too worried about my faulty charger as my Silver Bullet charger works fine with both the 18350 and 18650 batteries I got with the Indulgence (it will even do both at once).

I hope you are enjoying your extra free time :)

yes, I would like to see a nice universal charger in there
with abilty for 3v and 3.7v
it does all batteries out there except the really tiny ones, --

but the manufacturer has to make the decision, we can only make a reccomendation.

I am back with David and East Mall again, as Forum Hostess,
but with a looser schedule to accommodate my need for more free time,
I am very much enjoying my free time and also happy to be back here with you all,
David is very kind to allow me such freedom.
