Tipped over my mod and it fell from a low table. Good news, the glass didn't break. Bad news, the two sections of the chamber pulled apart. I didn't know they were press fit together! Thought it was a stubbornly tight thread connection and left it alone.

It's a serious no-no designing a shallow press fit into thin material. :-x I have a small arbor press and will re-press fit the two pieces. We'll see how strong it is. But, generally, if you redo a press fit it will be nowhere near as strong. Hopefully it will hold well enough to still work at home, but no way will I carry this one in my pocket when I'm out.

Don't cut your wicks off flush with the barrel, leave a little on there then tuck it in. That's how I always did it.

I would get a tiny amount of juice coming out of the afc ring every once in a while but only when filling it. Just make sure you close the afc ring when you fill it, put the top on turn it upside down then open the afc ring and turn it up right.

I never had juice (pour) out of mine and I did a .... load of builds in it. It will randomly seep out the afc ring and that is normal, as long as it's just a little bit

Looks about right GccT. tidy even.
I do the same but moisten my wicks before assembly.
I lightly stuff the channels (no sledgehammer mode) before capping.
I tuck the holes, again lightly, after screwing the cap down and trim any excess.
I found a balance between too stuffed to wick and too loose.

I close the afc and cover the area with a vape band to fill.
All that still seeps a few drops while filling but it vapes great and doesn't leak after initial cleanup.

:offtopic: Update on my TFV4! Finally used a coil (dual clapton) until it went bad & it took 10 days! Pretty good but not what I expected from such a big coil with so much cotton! So I'm going to HAVE to but the clapton RBA for it cuz I don't like paying for coils that often! One thing I did notice last night while cleaning the TFV4 my MT actually seems to have a little restricted air flow compared to the TFV4! Not alot but noticeable! Got the quad coil in it now & it has the least flavor of the three coils I've tried so far!

I tried the Clapton coils for the TFV4 and wasn't really impressed with them. Matter of fact none of the factory coils i tried were that great in the flavor department. I have the single and dual rba, just have been to lazy to build them and give them a try.
