Cowtown, USA. Where the West begins.
Now, it's not a power hungry build, so I get great vapor and outstanding flavor at 40w. Here is the end result. No leaks. You may get condensation from where the afc ring meets the base and under the tank.

This is how my wick was when I took out my previous build.

No problem Dominic! I love building and seeing little nuances that can lead to crisis. It may be different with rayon. Not sure.

I think the most important part is to not just slam wick in, pack it too dense, or kink it. I like to take my time and work with it, not against it. Love you lads and lassie. MT is my home.

@suprtrkr, @MMW, great job guys! What our wicking seems to have in common is filling the corners of the wick windows! How we get there seems to be the big difference! @pwheeler seems these brilliant gentlemen have got you back on track! Please keep us informed about how your MT is working! As for the Griffin I found that filling the little juice triangles between the wick ring & deck is the key there! Use just enough RAYON to have some tension when pulling it through the coil! Also trimming the width of the wick a little makes this easier! I found using the coil as a guide for the width works really well! when you're done wicking a little bit of the wick should be sticking out below the wick ring & into the juice channels just ever so slightly! I did this in my newest build dual Alien Claptons 6wrap 3mm ID .3ohms+/- no leaks/dry hits & I had it up 185w!:headbang:
OH :censored: I ALMOST FORGOT! BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL NOT TO PINCH THE WICK WITH THE CHIMNEY! IF YOU DO IT'S GOING TO UNDO ALL THE GOOD WORK YOU JUST DID AS SOON AS YOU OPEN OR CLOSE THE JFC! Happened to me about........let's just say more than once!:-x

Well I have finally put my beloved Mutank up against some stiff competition, The Avocado and the Griffin....Running all three, same build, same juice, same wicking, same wattage, and if I could have only one of the 3 it would be the Mutank....

Flavor and clouds are on par with the avocado so I consider them tied at my number ones, the Juice capacity on the Mutank edges out the Avocado by a cat whisker....
