However, I think another MT as mere maintenance: I like to buy tanks in pairs so I can swap them and then rebuild/rewick whenever I get my roundtuit all polished up. My Christmas present to my self will probably be a Fakirs FX22 and a Troy 2 kit.

I've been a mech guy since graduating from egos early on. I did do a stint with tanks and an MVP2 for a little bit, but those protanks and iclears just didn't float my boat. I quickly went to drippers, then my first Reo, then on from there. I became a die hard bottom feeder as I love the hit and flavor from drippers, but hated dripping. I still love all my squonkers, but just recently, I bought an IPVd2 from a co-op and a friend here gave me a subtank and subtank mini. I was really surprised at how much tanks have progressed! Then, I won a Clouper mini and ended up with their Z5 tank and an A1 tank as well. I really became impressed! So, now, with all the hype about it, I've ordered an MT which is due to arrive Friday. I'm really starting to enjoy these super tanks and high wattage regulated mods! Now to find that 2# sledge and flat chisel to jam enough cotton into this thing

If you want .35ohm for a dual coil 28g 2.5MM ID, you'd be looking at like 3 wraps, lol. Probably need to go for a higher resistance with the 28g wire to get to where you want to be.
If that were true, sure, but 6 wraps 2.5mm ID with 28g is not .7, it's more like 1.35ohm.
