I ordered on sunday and it was shipped out friday. I spoke with Mike 2 times on the phone and all I have to say is that he is a great guy, very honest and sincere. He is swamped right now to the point of having to hire more people to help ship the product out, and he has also invested a lot more $$ to keep more product on hand. He cant keep the 510's on the shelf, thats how big of a demand there is for this unit. I will deal with innovapor exclusively from now on, awsome guys over there. Anyone I know that is interested in vapeing will be sent to innovapor by me and they will all be happy. It might be a little bit of a wait for now but well worth it.:thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

Same story with me. Ordered 7/3, got shipping notification on the 5th, and nothing yet. Keeping my fingers crossed that it gets here "by surprise". USPS shows "notification", but no status.

This is my first e-cig, and I ordered hardware from Innovapor (510 dual kit and a PCC), and some RY4 from another company - the ejuice got here Wednesday. I picked up some Glycerin and Loranns yesterday in anticipation....All these supplies, and nothing to do with them...I even built a custom case for my liquids...but kinda disappointed to not have a way to use them yet.

I'm keeping the faith. They seem to be reputable, honest folk - just overwhelmed with the POSITIVE reponse on their products!

Ordered July 3rd. Tracking says shipped yesterday??? So the order sat there for a week. One day was a holiday - saturday. Had better shipping on earlier orders but I have several friends also waiting for their orders to whom I gave them innovapor's url. Not pleased.... even with $5 gc.

Well, package arrived today in the mail in good shape. Extra charger, and one extra 3ml ECOpure, and a few carts thrown in. I'm good with that. I just think they got swamped. I've certainly dropped their coupon link on a few posts. Don't know if my friends got theirs today or not....

Recieved my 510 this morning and i love it.. Only thing is i didn't recieve my PCC hopefully its on its way.. Either way i sent an e-mail so we'll see. All in all im very happy with it.. Great vapor production great throat hit... I dunno but everytime i take a hit i endup caughin, is this normal or am i taking to big of a hit? and 1 other question may sound stupid but its about the mini usb charger... I put a battery in the charger and it was blinkin red to blue and just now stopped blinking red to blue, But now its got 2 lights 1 red and 1 blue what does this mean?

It means it is almost fully charged, wait until it turns solid blue.

I just received an email from Tony at Innovapor and they seem to be really trying to catch up and keep up with the demand, considering they are still working at this hour on a Saturday night. I think they just got overwhelmed but they are good about customer service and replying to inquiries pretty quick. I would do business with them again despite this minor delay.

Well, usps came here already today and nothing but bills for me... I am eagerly awaiting my delivery but getting disappointed. I ordered some juice from a different supplier on Tuesday and got it Thursday. So now I have juice but nothing to do with it.
Did you get your order ?

Innovapor would be great if I ever get my order.

You'll get your order, and they'll make it up to you. InnoVapor is an excellent customer service shop. They've just been swamped a little lately, there was a national holiday and Noah was out of the loop. Hang tight, Moobyghost.

Not yet, still waiting. I contacted them again and they said to ignore usps tracking website because it it wrong. So who knows, hopefully I will get it on Monday!
USPS tracking really is not trust worthy. I had an order where tracking said that there was an attempt to deliver and notice was left (it was NOT). It turned out that the post office said the address was bad (it was NOT), so they sent the package back to the sender. It took a three investigation to find this out. The vendor of course sent the package back out and it arrived fine in the end.

This is ridiculous, I ordered more than a week ago and still nothing, not even that make-up email everyone else seems to have gotten. Nothing.
This will probably be the last time I order from there. I don't buy the "its the USPS fault". Thats ridiculous. They oversold and ran out of stock, or something... theres not even an estimate as to when they plan to mail it, much less arrive.
Whatever.
