Well reading all this is starting to really irrate me. I am order #388 and while I may not have been waiting as long as some of you I was told by Tony that mine would be taken to the post office on Sunday to be delivered first thing Monday morning. Well I received an email about 3pm this afternoon stating that they just printed my label. That is just the label, wtf!!! I had sent several emails prior to finally getting a reply from Tony. I leave for vacation either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning and he assured me I should get it in time and that he would personally bring it to the post office on Sunday so that I should receive it time. Then I get an email this evening (Monday) from Clay at Innovapor stating that he just printed the shipping label. I am seriously getting PI$$ED. I was anticipating having my 510 (my first try at this) by the time I laft on vacation for 2 weeks but obviously they don't have their crap together and I will not see it for another 2 and 1/2 weeks.

I am leaving for vacation next Wed. I was hoping to get mine before as well. I am thinking about ordering my 510 from a different supplier and using the one from Innovapor as a spare when it comes.

Wow, I'm another one that has been dropping their link into a lot of threads. I hope Noah gets this straightened out soon. I really love the Evo and Ecopure.

"Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received"

I did use a coupon to get 25% off though, so I'm a few days from getting upset.
I'm just jonesin' for the Ecopure and using my last bit sparingly.

Worse comes to worst, RY4 cut 50% with VG makes a decent substitute for Ecopure Rich.

Wow Taylor, you are only a couple orders before me. Good to know about the ECOPure substitution, may come in handy down the road if there's ever an ECOPure shortage, thanks!

Here's my guess.. they ordered enough on-had product for about 50 orders, let 400+ orders come in, and used the profit to start carrying on-hand supplies. Good news is that they will ship better in the future, bad news is that if all that is true, they straight up lied to all their customers.

i think ur right on the money but just my opinion. I think we are all ok as far as getting robbed our money just have to wait longer than any of us want.. They really need to put a post up here and say...(truth of what really is going on)... they may lose some customers but people like me would respect them alot more and stick with them. Instead im seeing conflicting stories here from different people different from what they told me, that my friends will lose alot more customers than saying hey we screwed up and didnt have inventory for all the orders get them to you asap!

This is just not the way to run a business. I, like a lot of other people, would have ordered elsewhere or overseas if I wanted to wait over a week to receive a product, it is just unacceptable. I realize that they are a new company and they are "trying" but they seem to be either avoiding customer concerns or just deceiving them. If paypal were to delay their payment they sure as hell wouldn't be shipping their product so why should we be put on such a delay? They started a business and they should ensure that they are capable to sustain it but it seems as though it is just excuse after excuse. Sorry if I seem to be upset but when I do business with a company I expect honesty, integrity and customer commitment not excuses! Plus the fact that I was hoping to start this and rid (or seriously reduce) myself of the blessed analogs. Rant over, sorry.

I agree not a way to run a business and I AM NOT DEFENDING them because im not happy at all but we are all smokers or ex smokes or trying to quit and we are all so use to run 2-3 minutes buy a pack no problems. this is a whole new industry so im a little patient just hope they make up for it some how WITHOUT having to order from them again lol.

Not yet, still waiting. I contacted them again and they said to ignore usps tracking website because it it wrong. So who knows, hopefully I will get it on Monday!
More than likely they ran out,and are waiting for their shipment from china. That's what happened a couple of weeks ago when I spoke to them.

you should of went thru rockymountainvapor.com i ordered my 510 kit thru them on friday night and it got to me monday morning i tried to order thru innovapor but they never returned any of my emails i dont trust ya if you cant respond to 3 emails




I just went ahead and ordered a 510 kit from them, hopefully they will live up to the hype. From the time I saw the "In Stock" message on the front page to the time I went to my cart they were out of black. I got a white though, I will use it as backup once my InnoVapor kit arrives.

got our kit the other day and noticed the poly fill in the carts is not factory filler. that was the only bummer about the kit. the kit is still well worth the $$$ with their case and extras.

looks like they removed the factory cart material (which i was looking forward to for refills lol) and replaced it with plain ole poly. wrong length too on all of them.

my son being a new vaper said it's not working = no vapor. turns out his poly was pushed TOO the bottom on refill. He didn't know to pull it up. Not that it would have helped much, b/c the poly was way to short.

I refilled some fresh cart poly the correct way for him and he's back in business.

I guess they pull the original cart and rather than wash it (time consuming) they refill their ecopure on a homebrew poly.

Would I buy from them again? YES. For a new e-smoker though, they could have a problem with their poly. Lucky my son didn't burn up his atty. it was dry as hell and burning hot.

just an FYI.

btw the ecopure Rich is killer juice! nice and nutty.

My last order was delayed a few days but it came in on Saturday. I just put in 2 orders in the last two days with them. They still have some of the lowest prices and I'm liking ECOpure 'Rich'.

That may be true but for some like me that has never tried it in the first place it gets aggravating with all the lies. I could have just ordered from overseas at this rate. It really wasn't all about the price with me it was about the reccomendations but they are seriously failing me at this rate. I am about done with this company, unless something miraclious happens! It is just bad business practice, if you are that overwhelmed then, like someone said in another thread, just stop taking any orders until you are caught up. One dissatisified customer equals ten, because each one passes it along to another friend and ectetera; well they are quickly losing a lot of potential business.

Hm...lots of people answering these e-mails too. Makes me suspicious. I got one from Rory. I hear Noah is "the man". Kat sents out mails too...and now "Clay" (which just so happens to be my name).

If they were understocked, they need to tell their customers. As it's turning out, we're being lied to. We deserve an explanation. According to my e-mail, my label was printed on 7/5. It's now 7/13....

Life is ironic, isn't it? I bought a Smoking Everywhere at a kiosk and that got me started on this e-cig stuff. So after reading on these boards about how badly I got ripped off I read and read and settled on a 510, then I went over every supplier and recomendation I could find and went with Inno.
So here I am , no 510, Inno let me down, yet I am vaping up a storm on my SE, non stop, morning til night, tons of vapor and its running like a champ. Maybe I didn't get ripped after all. This little e-cig is getting me by.
Inno-Vapor has been a real let down. The question now is, who do I buy my PCC from and my second 510, which will all probably get here LONG before I get my Inno 510. And will the PCC be compatible with the Inno-vapor 510. I'm pretty sure I won;t be ordering my PCC from Inno, thats for sure.
