Same with me Ehvam - ordered over a week ago, and nothing yet...I came home excited today, with a note on my door about a package. Ran to the post office AND...it's an item I sold on eBay last week. In the same time since that sale and shipping, I've had time to ship it to NYC and have it make the round trip back to me (USPS broke it). Nope...no Innovapor shipment yet (ordered 7/3).

I did receive the e-mail with the coupon, but still no package; which is what I paid for. I sent an e-mail over the weekend, and the only confirmation I received was that "I'd receive my item"....but didn't confirm that it had even shipped (I received label confirmation on 7/5). That reply was super-fast - within an hour. I'll give em that. Shipping problems, they may have, but ask a question and you'll get an answer.

Anyway...I'm about the most patient person in the world, and I'm not sure who to blame for the delays (I know the USPS sucks at tracking), but the result is loads of frustrated customers. Honestly, as busy as they must be, I'm disappointed that they weren't more prepared. They opened on a holiday weekend, hoping for a big push - and when they got it, they weren't ready.

BUT...I'm not ready to get the torches out just yet, I still have faith that we're in good hands. They're swamped. I'm just eagerly awaiting my first vape!

I ordered my Joye510 starter kit from Innovapor on Thursday evening (7/9).

I did send an email to them this afternoon, and this was the response I got.....I have heard some negative things about the life of the 510 attys, but he told me about a new atty from Joye....

"I am excited for you to get your kit to! We are working night and day, really I am serious! We got really popular really fast and thing s were just great and then USPS decided that they were not going to let us print shipping labels! No excuse just a really, really major problem for us. We have it resolved and are hustling to get caught up. We have a new separate shipping account and our making up ground fast.

We had a complete failure of our shipping system with USPS. I have a new Endicia account set up over the weekend and it came online today and we are rapidly getting caught up. Currently are goal is to get everyone shipped by Wednesday night/Thursday morning. You should be on the "by Wednesday" list. We are putting in 18 hours a day getting orders packed.

On a positive note, we have received the first production of an improved atomizer from Joye technologies. You will be receiving this improved atomizer in your order. They are made from a better material and last 3X as long according to the manufacturer. You will be among the very first to get one in the US.

I am sorry for the delay. We got hit twice with the holiday followed by USPS crashing on us. I have been taking drastic measures to insure this never happens again.

Let me know if there is anything I can do for you, again I apologize.

Noah"

Mine was just shipped Friday 07/10! I wonder if I too got the new atomizer, would irritate me if I just missed the better atomizer by one day!

Noah, when did you start shipping the new better atomizers?

Wow, Innovapor is taking a beating due to their sudden and unexpected explosion in popularity.
What a balancing act this must be for a supplier.
8-o

Well the thing that gives me confidence in this supplier is despite the sudden rush, the holiday weekend, the issues with USPS, they are working around the clock to get caught up and attempting to answer everyone's emails, calls, and these forum messages.

You just can't beat customer service like that! I love them and I haven't even received anything from them yet.

So, so far they seem to be balancing just fine (and I hope they charge out of this test stronger and more popular than ever).

I was told earlier today by mark that they ran out of 510 and they would be later this week. The inventory on the website is not correct and i told him he really needs to correct that as in a way it is a form of false advertising. I would have never ordered from them if it had been out of stock as the price wasnt the issue it was getting to me quickly. If price would have been the issue i would have ordered from china and if i would have have probably get it faster! Oh well we live and learn and ill see what they do to make me happy but not holding my breath and searching for another supplier for my new cash reserve i have from not spending 100 a week in cigs. lol. Didnt want to but with price and since i cant get fast service with us suppliers i might as well order from the source...china.

This is ridiculous, I ordered more than a week ago and still nothing, not even that make-up email everyone else seems to have gotten. Nothing.
This will probably be the last time I order from there. I don't buy the "its the USPS fault". Thats ridiculous. They oversold and ran out of stock, or something... theres not even an estimate as to when they plan to mail it, much less arrive.
Whatever.

I'm going to have to agree for now, depending on how they handle my email and what they do to make me feel better about the situation.

It's kinda rediculious to have this type of issue when you have a shopping system that supports an inventory count.. If the USPS thing happened, and took 2 or 3 days to resolve, they should only be 2 or 3 days behind, not a whole week as it is in my case. It would seem to me that they oversold their inventory, and have to wait for an EMS shipment, because that math adds up. They shouldn't sell more than what they have on-hand.

The only good thing I read so far is that they are emailing everyone back, and I'd wager everyone is getting the same email, which isn't that impressive.

And for the record, they didn't get 400+ orders on the holiday weekend, as I ordered on the 7th, and was an order in the mid 300's.

So, like I said, as of now, I'm very dissattisfied as a customer, but depending on of the email is quick and unique, or if they email me a coupon, or throw some bonus into my shipment, I might change my mind a little bit and order again. However I still wouldn't recomend it to friends until they get a bit quicker on my future orders.

I ordered mine 9 days ago and the day I ordered I talked with Noah who assured me that my order would be shipped on Monday, Thursday when it was not here I emailed and asked about my order and I was told that it was at the post office but their tracking site was not working correctly. I talked with Tony today who told me that he guarantees me that my order was sent to the post office today... So either I am being lied to or nobody there knows what is going on...lol
I agree that they should not take on orders that they can't fill but if you did at least give me the respect to tell me the truth about the situation.
I checked usps tracking just now and it still says the same thing that it has said since Thursday which is that the label was paid for but they do not have the package yet. I ship stuff usps priority mail for my business every day and I have yet to have a problem with the usps tracking site. It is usually pretty accurate for my shipments.
I don't know, if I had known that it would take this long I probably would not have ordered from them.
I hope that they somehow make this up to everyone.

I have to agree. My order is in the mid 300 as well and I've read every manner of excuse on the boards as to the reason why. First it was the holiday weekend then it was USPS and now hearing they may have run out of stock.

I ordered from Johnson Creek and Totally Wicked at the same time and received those orders in 2 days each. I wouldn't be too ...... if there was actual communication but my e-mails have gone unanswered and that's not a good sign of customer service.

Hmm, now I am starting to get worried. I may have to rescind my previous kudos. My orders (2 of them) were in the early 300s but I received an email from USPS on Friday saying it was shipped (of course USPS tracking hasn't changed, so did it "really" ship?), now y'all are making me paranoid LOL, soon I will be wondering if I actually even ordered.

My order was in the mid 400's.

I don't mind a few extra days for ironing out issues..but I just went through the big stink with Blu lol and my patience on delays on ecigs is getting thin.

I had to go back to analogs after 3 weeks of vaping and the only thing between me and vaping again is my 510 on order from Innovapor.

I swear I need to open up a local shop filled with inventory..I swear I would make a killing..all we want is to get our hands on the product quickly!

This won't make you feel any better...my order was in the mid 200s...and I'm still waiting.

Once they get their EMS shipment, I'm sure everyone will be shipped within a week after. all that says is that they over-sold by at least 100 orders.. It takes 30 minutes tops to package, print a label, and put in the mail pile. Say they measure their eliquid as it's ordered, and that could take it to about 45. That's only 8 man hours.. So 400 orders should take 32 hours, or 2 days for a motivated individual..

Here's my guess.. they ordered enough on-had product for about 50 orders, let 400+ orders come in, and used the profit to start carrying on-hand supplies. Good news is that they will ship better in the future, bad news is that if all that is true, they straight up lied to all their customers.

Well reading all this is starting to really irrate me. I am order #388 and while I may not have been waiting as long as some of you I was told by Tony that mine would be taken to the post office on Sunday to be delivered first thing Monday morning. Well I received an email about 3pm this afternoon stating that they just printed my label. That is just the label, wtf!!! I had sent several emails prior to finally getting a reply from Tony. I leave for vacation either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning and he assured me I should get it in time and that he would personally bring it to the post office on Sunday so that I should receive it time. Then I get an email this evening (Monday) from Clay at Innovapor stating that he just printed the shipping label. I am seriously getting PI$$ED. I was anticipating having my 510 (my first try at this) by the time I laft on vacation for 2 weeks but obviously they don't have their crap together and I will not see it for another 2 and 1/2 weeks.

Whether their delays are for the reasons they say they are is their business..as a customer I just want my order to ship when they say it will..
