It's not too much to ask to use my referral link is it? I like getting $10 off coupons too! :D

I don't mind at all but I got a permanent infraction for sending an "affiliate" link. And it was this exact same one. :(

as popular as the mvp2, no! theres alot more choices now than b4.
prices will go down as its sales will not reach what the mvp2 had, one vendor that used to have the mvp series has refused to bother carrying the new mvp's

That's not too surprising. Think about it...you're a vendor...there are numerous mods you can carry...but it would be almost (financially) impossible to carry all of them. So which do you think you'd sell the most of:

innokin MVP3: $55, big, heavy, box, 6-30Watts, 0.4-2.5Ω, 3800mAh

or

50Watt-istick: $45, small, light, ergonomic, 5-50Watts, 0.2-5Ω, 4400mAh

If the IStick 50w is anything like the Istick 20w it is worthless to low wattage vapers. The MEAN method of modulation is far too hot at low wattage settings.

It kills me that most people view the iStick 50W as a small device. Its circumference is all of 2mm less than the MVP3 (45x23 vs 46x23). With a 4400mah battery in it, it will not exactly be light. I always read that the IPV Mini is considered a larger device but its total area is pretty well the same as the iStick 50W. It seems that height is what determines if a device is large or small. I guess perception is everything. I had a Sig 100 for a bit and it was not the height that bothered me, it was the circumference of it that made it large. It was not comfortable to hold in your hand.

if you watch the reviews, they’re saying even if they did address the
poor power output, they still are producing inacurate numbers…
review by vapingreek is one example (that I can trust)

Thanx Puff...that is a pretty good review.

At about 1:20 he lays the MVP3 next to the 3 different iSticks for a pretty good visual size comparison.

(For the first 50 seconds of the video he's put up a "notice" It has been confirmed the output of the device is accurate.. Wondering if he added that after you viewed it.)

Flop ? No chance , those who know what a stellar vape is about will choose it most every time.

Exactly. The number of choices out there are staggering right now...and it's only going to get more complicated in the coming months.

Yup, the number of choices is staggering but imo , nothing i have used yet can match the MVP 20 for providing such an outstanding vape , it's signal quality is just unreal .

yepper, that was not there before
I would never make a statement contrary of Dimitris, the reviewer (or any reviewer)
I remember when I watched that video
it said “posted 1 hour ago” – so as soon as it came out I happened across it…
I’m guessin Phil shared with Dimitri (don’t recall Greek ever using a scope??)
Busardo has it in his queue for review, so we’ll see some truth pretty soon
- Taste Your Juice | NEW IN THE QUEUE – 2/15/15 – THE ISTICK 50 WATT

the gist I take from watching the new iStick reviews is, as a passing comment, some are saying the device
seems 'a little hotter' than numbers showing, not as big of a deal as with the 20w unit...
so eleaf has done SOMETHING to improve the device ;)

then add it all up - improved output signal & threading,
other than that I've not heard of any catastrophic failures from these hot new devices...

:)

nice follow-up

Nice thread Paul! Very informative. I own MVP 2.0 and VV3.0. Love them both! As u know I also hv my SVD 2.0 on the way, but am still not completely sure as to what batteries are the best choice. I noticed some Panasonic's in one of the links u shared with me on my "Zmax, Evic, SVD" thread but it was never confirmed by the OP back in Nov. Wondering if any SVD 2.0 owners could chime in... best batteries? Also, flat top right? I will probably use the shorter tube moat of the time but will get batteries for both.
