Or just acting "weak" - what kind of coil have you got in there? I just pulled a nearly new ProTank coil out cause it was reading 3.6 ohms, (and I like 'em at 1.8-2.0)

Funny one of my Pro coils was reading 4 ohms in my svd - out it aside - put another one in - 2.2..........hmmmmmmm
Something is definitely wrong with it (says Captain Obvious). From the way you wrote, this is a new symptom? If you are stuck with no warranty, the first thing I'd try is to clean the battery contacts on the battery and in the SVD. Some everclear on a long q-tip should clean them. I'm thinking the connections are good enough to measure the voltage, but not good enough when you start drawing high current to vape and it shuts down.

Yea I've tried cleaning everything.. It works great untill 3.8 volts then its like the battery is dead and goes through the lights and turns off. I can't be the only one in the world with this problem but at the same time Google has turned up nothing useful. Going to try stacking 18350 and see what happens.
I can't offer you any advice but I am experiencing something similar with battery life in my SVD. Batteries in my Vamo 3 seem to last much, much longer than when they are in my SVD. Does the SVD use batteries quicker for some reason? I get about 1/2 the life out of my batteries using the SVD compared to my Vamo 3. Same batteries, same charger always used.
I had this problem as well, it seems to be a problem with the SVD Express that Innokin sells, went back to my local B&M and warranty swapped it for the Box kit version(the version that comes with the two iclear 30's) and this one seems to work fine, Haven't had this problem since I switched.
I dont let my batts go below 3.6 - considering I vape at abt 4. I may be doing this all wrong..........maybe that is why it hasnt happened on my SVD - YET - will let my current bat go lower and report back....
Works normal while stacking 350's.. The magic number with a single batt is 3.8 and it sucks because I like to use a single 350 while out and about.. Mine was the normal kit so either model can go bad. Well looks like I'll be buying the VTR or something soon
Well for some reason my svd took a turn for the worse... It progressively git worse it would start reading fully charged batteries at 3.6 then after a day like that it reads them at 3.2 and won't work anymore... I've tested the batteries and they register 4.2 on the meter.
Is there any way to reset or fix the battery voltage detection on this Svd or is it trash? When does the VTR come out?

Have you tried releasing the memory? When switching batteries hold the power button for 5 seconds? I think the instruction manual outlines it. I will say I never have though.
Say what? I never read this anywhere. Please tell me more. Just hold the button down as I install the batteries? The fire button or the side buttons? Thanks!
I started doing this because my svd would act like it's dead at 3.8 volts. Then after I started doing this reset it crapped out now reads a full battery at 3.3 it's trash now unless there is some way to repair the voltage detection.
BINGO! If you swap between single and stacked mode, you have to clear the device with the battery out. Remove the battery and then hold the fire button for 5 seconds or longer to clear the chipset on the device. It remembers what you were using and there is a difference between single and stacked mode.
From the instruction book:
Note: Before you make a switch between one battery and two batteries, please hold the fire button for 5 seconds to release the remaining capacity in the mainboard (when you make a switch from one battery to two batteries, the mainboard will keep the one battery settings if you haven't released the remaining capacity; and vice versa.)

Correct. With no battery, pressing the fire button clears the residual charge on the chipset and clears any "memory" it may have of what you were using before as far as battery configurations.
