It will say Processing on their site even after your order has shipped, it will be there after you've received it, and after you've had it for a week
It is a problem with the site, and doesn't reflect whether your order shipped.
You will receive an email from USPS with a tracking number when it has gone out.
This is how you tell. If you haven't received USPS notification, they have given you names, addresses, phone numbers. Contact them directly. They will help you and they will most likely do something to make up for your trouble.
But, if you'd rather, you could just vent your frustration here as you have been.
Many people have told you not to worry, most of us customers. When you get your order, and you see it's charged and you can vape right out of the box, maybe then you'll be ok

I know other places you get your order and you have to charge your batteries for eight hours, and get rid of the primer taste on the atty...none of that was my experience
My best advice to you is to talk to them, they really do want you to have the best experience they can give you.
