Yep there is. These guys have only been doing this for a short while. I know, cus my first order was order #70. A few of us dared to share our happiness elsewhere on the board, because we found a supplier who was awesome! I guess peeps read what we had to say...

Add to that a holiday weekend, where federal buildings were closed on the Friday before the holiday most places...and a sudden rush of hundreds of orders.

I ordered my second bit on Monday, my order # is 306 now!

Oh and the post office seems to be enjoying the company of packages held in the sort facility for a few days. This isn't InnoVapor's fault, they are aware, and trying to do what they can to fix that.

So like, yeah, that's the deal :)

Bunni is right. They had a huge influx of orders, probably at least partly prompted by all the hype we created around the board about them. I think my first InnoVapor order was #44. It's to be expected that they experience a hiccup here and there. We've just been through a holiday weekend and Noah has been out of the loop more than usual. I'm sure things will get back to normal next week. InnoVapor ROX.

I really hope so. I like the deals and the "Inno" that SH has shown. But when my order status still shows "Processing" after 6 days and Kat says she will call me back AND does NOT, I begin to wonder.

If USPS is the problem, why does the website still show "Processing". My order# is 260. Subtract your #70=190 orders between us. 6 days since I ordered times 18 man/hours if using one packer equals 108 man/hours. If my order is being shipped now that means its taking 1.75 man/hours to pack a shipment.

I realize there is a lot more to shipping than just tossing stuff in a box, I ran a medium sized shipping room for 2 years. And someone has to take the calls and post to us and update the website, etc. But the math is a bit of a stretch. Also, all the ones talking to us seem to be in Utah (except SH) while the shipping is coming from Boise? Probably a valid reason for it, but with everything else, it begins to look a little off.

Apologies, Coupons, and Explanations are all well and good - and appreciated. But when the Explanation begins to look like an Excuse...:(

I emailed from the site Tuesday and Kat replied within 2 hours, followed up Wednesday by a coupon. Great. By tonight, I was irritated enough to call, but I was (I believe) pleasant. I asked one simple question. When will my order ship? That was at 8:39PM. Kat said she would call me back. No call, no email... Now I'm mad.

As I mentioned in another thread, the website shows my received and sent orders as processing. This is an issue with their site and not with their actual handling of orders.

Have faith :)

Oh and btw, I don't work for them and am not affiliated..I'm just a happy customer. So I can't answer anything other than from my experience :)

Give Mark a call about your order, he is the man in Boise. He will let you know exactly what is going on with your order. His number is (208) 761-0895. I am also in Boise and work directly with Mark and can also answer any questions you may have. I will have my business line up and running tomorrow. I will post my number then. But until then Mark can help you out with any questions you may have.

Dont worry we will get you squared away,

Tony

Your order order 260 and still processing? I'm 345 and ordered Tuesday about 7am.
And your right if you start counting x amount of 18 hour days times 1 or more people, and the stock is actually all there, catch up time should be over......
And if they were that behind, there should have at least been a message on the site saying "we are backed up bla, bla, it will be 3,4,5,6,7 or whatever amount of days before we can ship any new orders" ....

Haven't see that post. But that does make sense.:)

Have faith :) I'm trying!

Never meant to imply that you or any of the many others that have praised them had any financial interest. I've read too many of your other posts to think that of you or Surf Monkey. I value both your opinions. AND I want Noah to succeed! His deals and innovations are excellent. The past few days have been frustrating though - I'm sure for them as well. What made me mad was not getting that return call.

@TonyInnoVapor: When would you expect Mark to be conscious enough to speak to me tomorrow? I'm sure he isn't now. And thanks for your response, kept looking for someone from IV to be online tonight.

It will say Processing on their site even after your order has shipped, it will be there after you've received it, and after you've had it for a week :)

It is a problem with the site, and doesn't reflect whether your order shipped.

You will receive an email from USPS with a tracking number when it has gone out.

This is how you tell. If you haven't received USPS notification, they have given you names, addresses, phone numbers. Contact them directly. They will help you and they will most likely do something to make up for your trouble.

But, if you'd rather, you could just vent your frustration here as you have been.

Many people have told you not to worry, most of us customers. When you get your order, and you see it's charged and you can vape right out of the box, maybe then you'll be ok :) I know other places you get your order and you have to charge your batteries for eight hours, and get rid of the primer taste on the atty...none of that was my experience :)

My best advice to you is to talk to them, they really do want you to have the best experience they can give you.

I guess so. I've linked to their site and coupons at least 2 dozen times, and have either mentioned them or ECOpure as many times without links. They had the best deals and that's what people were asking about. Now this.... and the market will decide. It's too bad, because I think they're pretty good people but I report what the facts are - first, best deals, now poor delivery, and as few people have reported, the Widow and ecigsmokes are shipping in 2 or 3 days and they had the same holiday too! My post office wasn't closed the day before the holiday either, and since that's the feds not the state, I'm guessing Idaho was open as well - but with gov't, anything could happen.

I'm sure I'll get my order, and I'm vaping, but it's just that I had several people (newbies anxious to start) who have waited a week and will likely not receive anything until the middle of next week. That reflects not only on innovapor but me as well. I'll likely order more from innovapor but I doubt they will.

1. You posted that it says processing even after shipment while I was replying so I don't know what your trying again.

2. I have not vented at all yet..... I commented, agreed with, and elaborated on other people that are waiting much longer then me. And their, and my points/questions are valid no matter how many people tell me not to worry, or what has gone on in the past. That changes nothing about what is or isn't going on NOW.... Will we feel better when its in our hands? Ummm, obviously... But the future does not change right now... Charged batteries? I think anyone waiting would be happy to charge their batteries, and have it days earlier......

3. I exchanged a couple of emails the other day, when I had no idea what was going on, at this point having their mailbox full, and/or phone ringing off the hook will not make anything happen any faster...

4. I didn't ask for advice, and your fan posts, telling people how to feel, what to do, or not do, and how much patience to have(smiley faces and all) are not going to help, they will probably make things worse....

I'm not going to comment on the frustration level here but wanted to provide the detailed information from USPS in regards to my order #212

All I can comment on is the service I have had.
Ordered on the 3rd received on the 10th, everything packed well, got 5$ gift for the delay, 5$ gift didn't deduct from my next purchase for some reason, sent 2 emails yesterday morning, no reply as of 11am today. Last order I had a USPS shipping confirmation (click n ship) with in a few hours, this order no USPS confirmation yet, 24 hours later. Don't know if this is normal or not, as I have'nt ordered from very many places.

For what it's worth, I ordered a 510 kit and a bunch of carts for the 510 and Evo last Thursday. That was my third order with Innovapor.

I got the USPS e-mail that Friday, and expected the order to show up on Tuesday, since my other two orders showed up that quickly.

When it didn't, I sent a message to them asking what was going on. The USPS site showed that they hadn't received the package yet, though they're not nearly as accurate as UPS or FedEx -- so I thought I'd check. I got an immediate "I'll check in to it" response from Kat, but didn't hear back. I sent another message, and the response was "It's been shipped", which the USPS site confirmed.

So, I got my order yesterday, and I was given the gift certificate the day before. The box I received had some nice extras in it, but it didn't have everything I had ordered. :(

Based on order numbers, I'm willing to believe that they just got slammed toward the end of last week. But all things being equal, the service was still better than most places, and the freebies are worth more than the part of my order that's missing. So, I'd give them the benefit of doubt.

Maybe it's just coincidence, but the complaints seem to go along with Noah's hiatus.

I ordered a 510 kit last Wed 7/1. Noah had stated on the boards that anything with a 510 in it would not ship until Monday. He also stated that a free extra usb charger would be included in the 510 orders because of the delay. Most vendors would not even tell you your order would be delayed, let alone offer anything extra for it. I was ordering for back up parts so it didn't matter to me when I got the order. I received it Thursday, which isn't too bad. I have had other orders from them that sat in the post office close to two days before they showed leaving. That is not innovapors fault. I guess what I am trying to say is have some patience, you will be rewarded with great prices, extras, and exceptional customer service.

Yes, I received the additional USB charger as well. Glad to have it since I ordered the enhanced 3-batt kit. Nice to have 2 charging at the same time.

Well, I got mine today - extra charger and extra 3ml ECOpure. I'm good with that. Don't know if my friends got theirs ...

First try with the menthol - again subtle taste but I like that. Most likely will order some ECOpure 15ml package, as I like cutting my other stuff with it too, as well as vaping it straight.

I just called to check on my order from Thursday. It still has not shipped. Supposedly there is a postal problem going on with them and the post office. As much as I like this company and customer service I am starting to lose patience. I wanted this kit here, before my trip to NY on Wed., then I had to get them to change the address to where I will be in NY. Now though, it looks like it may not arrive while I am in NY.

I am frustrated, depressed, and aggravated all rolled in to one.

Spoke with Mark this morning just before I had to leave the house. The problem with USPS stems from the fact that they have had times when they could not log on to the USPS website. I suspect this had to do with the denial of service attacks we had last weekend ( and were predicted for this weekend as well).

Another and I believe larger bottleneck has to do with the PCCs. Some people that got the PCCs called in reporting defective units...enough that he decided to test each PCC before it left the premises - even if it had already been packed. Good and smart decision even if costly in time in short run. Each unit had to be unpacked, charged, tested to see if it charged a battery and repacked if good. A clear commitment to quality that I applaud.

Only problem is that this infomation was not passed on to us and possibly to some of those talking to us. They are a new company and I hope they learn the right lessons from this experience. I work for a huge corporation that has had a century to learn the right lessons and has yet to do so! (They make $$$$ in spite of themselves.)

I would have been infuriated to have my shipment arrive somewhat late AND defective. Now that I know when its going to arrive and why it was late, I'm OK with it.

BTW: My order is #260 and was being delivered to USPS probably at the time of my 1st post on this subject. (Late last night.) I live somewhat rural on the East Coast and it usually takes 2-3 days for Priority Mail to reach me. I did once have a package sent Saturday and arrive Monday, but I think that was sent EARLY Saturday and a total fluke. I'm not expecting it before Wednesday. Meanwhile...:pop: and :nun:
