First of all let me apologize to our customers who have experienced delays in receiving their orders or who have not experienced the level of customer service they should of. The buck stops with me and I apologize.
I had a licensing exam I had to take and have been away from the forum in order to prepare for the test. I apologize for my absence, trust me I care about our customers anyone who has dealt with me directly knows that. I am done with my testing torture fest and putting in 20 hour days to make sure we our doing the best job we can.
Mark and I have a few simple goals:
1.
To provide the lowest price possible. I believe in the revolution of personal vaporizers. There are over 50,000,000 Americans who smoke, I want them to have an alternative and I do not think they should pay ridiculous mark-up.
2. To provide exceptional customer service. By email, by phone and through careful packaging and preparation of the product. Offering additional shipping options like express service and Fed-Ex Overnight as well as international shipping. Additionally we take extra efforts to charge
batteries and test Personal Charging Cases before they get shipped.
3. To provide the best currently available products to our customers. I do not believe the “perfect” personal vaporizer exists and until it does we are doing our best to sell the best products we can find.
Quality control coming out of China leaves a lot to be desired and these products are not perfect. I have a stack of over 60 non-functioning or malfunctioning PCC that we did not ship to our customers that proves this point. As we have very little direct control over the manufacturing of the product we have decided to offer and exceptional product replacement program.
WARRANTY
If you buy it from innovapor and it doesn’t work or fails with in the first 30 days of use we send you a replacement, immediately. We will not make you send it back first and we will not ask you to trouble shoot it. We simply just ship you a replacement at are expense as well as a postage paid return envelope for the defective part.
Important Aspects of Ordering from Innovapor
1. When your order says “Processing” that is a function of how your credit card authorizes the purchase. We completely ignore it. I wish I could change that function but so far it is integrated in to the core code of our cart program and it risks crashing the site. We just figure that if you bought the product you want it, and we get right to packing and shipping regardless of how long it takes your credit card company to decide it is okay to pay us.
2. SHIPPING – IMPORTANT
USPS.com has been DOWN off and on since Thursday and offline for the last 2 days. This prevents us from auto-generating postage. Additionally PayPal postage has been down for over a week. This means we are manually generating postage at the post office for every package, which id incredibly time consuming.
SHIPPING TIMES
USPS Priority: Expect your package in 7 days (+) or (-) 2 days either way so it may be 5 from the time you order or it may be 9. The USPS says the Priority is a 2-3 day service and some times it is. However it is not a guaranteed service so they are under NO obligation to meet that delivery time. I do not want to upset customers with false expectations of delivery times. Sometimes the Boise Post Office is efficient and sometimes they are…..______________ insert several explicative terms of your choice.
IF YOU NEED IT FAST
We offer express shipping this is a 1-3 day guaranteed service. It is NOT a true overnight service and the cut-off for drop off is 3pm. So if we get your order at 2pm it is virtually impossible for us to prep, pack and deliver to the PO desk by 3pm. It is a reliable 2 day service. Honestly at prices as low as ours, if you need you product FAST this is a great option . It is not free but if you are aready saving 10%-40% buying with is then the added cost of express service is negated by the deep discount we offer.
IF YOU NEED IT YESTERDAY
Fed-Ex Overnight – this is TRUE OVERNIGHT with a 5pm drop-off. So you need to get you order placed by noon to expect that we can get it to you the next day. Saturday delivery is an available option. Pricing is variable. Under 1 pound I usually around $30 over a pound much closer to $60 for next day Priority Overnight (morning delivery). Standard overnight rates can range from $20-$40. If you need overnight - You need to call Mark and 208-761-0895. We will send you a PayPal request or we can take your Credit Card over the phone to handle the additional charges.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship USPS Priority International with NO LIQUID (we have applied for our liquid export license). We can Ship Fed-Ex international with liquid (so we were told by Fed-Ex) USPS is $15, Fed-Ex is closer to $65 but is variable depending on where you are at and how fast you want it. ECOpure Liquid and flavoring
ECOpure uses 4 basic ingredients (5 in menthol, the menthol). These ingredients are the most expensive starting ingredients currently available. All ingedients are made in the UK nothing is outsourced. I have the information on these ingredients on the web site both technical from Sigma and general. I also have the MSDS information. None of the ingredients have been shown to be carcinogenic in any concentration via inhalation according to the MSDS (which is data from OSHA and other such regulatory agencies). So I feel good about selling ECOpure. I know what is in it and I have the purity analysis on the liquid and vapor. Everything is 99% purity or greater and no acrolein was identified in the vapor analysis. All of this information is available under links and downloads from

Most flavoring ingredients (oils etc.) that are currently used in/or are added existing liquids to flavor vaporizer liquid are made as cooking additives to flavor candy, cakes etc. They are inexpensive and are not made to be "pure" base ingredients they are made to be added to delicious and tasty treats. I do not and will not add these to our ECOpure. I do not know what is in them and I do not have the safety data on the chemical ingredients. I cannot recommend them so as I result I cannot sell them. It is a personal choice on my part. I would probably sell a lot more ECOpure if I mixed up 20 popular flavors, however I just want to sell the cleanest, purist liquid on the planet made form the most expensive and pure ingredients available. I inhale this stuff myself all day long.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES
If any of our employees upset you, fail to provide the service you think they should or you have any other problem please call Mills at 801-557-0433 and she will ruin their life. We have brought on two new people, all people who believe in vaping and ditched the analogs. I know Kat took some heat and she deserved it. She is a single mom and a hard worker. Nobody becomes and expert overnight. We all make mistakes but her intentions were not malicious just misguided.
