Yes the USPS website being down has definitely slowed us down a bit. And yes, having to check each individual PCC to make sure that they are not defective is also very time consuming and a bit annoying. But we just want to make sure that everyones order is put together correctly and have working parts. I think that people would rather have it be delivered a little bit later and have everything be right instead of having defective parts and having to wait even longer for a new shipment to arrive. We are trying as hard as we can to bang these out as quickly and correctly as possible.

First of all let me apologize to our customers who have experienced delays in receiving their orders or who have not experienced the level of customer service they should of. The buck stops with me and I apologize.

I had a licensing exam I had to take and have been away from the forum in order to prepare for the test. I apologize for my absence, trust me I care about our customers anyone who has dealt with me directly knows that. I am done with my testing torture fest and putting in 20 hour days to make sure we our doing the best job we can.

Mark and I have a few simple goals:

1. To provide the lowest price possible. I believe in the revolution of personal vaporizers. There are over 50,000,000 Americans who smoke, I want them to have an alternative and I do not think they should pay ridiculous mark-up.

2. To provide exceptional customer service. By email, by phone and through careful packaging and preparation of the product. Offering additional shipping options like express service and Fed-Ex Overnight as well as international shipping. Additionally we take extra efforts to charge batteries and test Personal Charging Cases before they get shipped.

3. To provide the best currently available products to our customers. I do not believe the “perfect” personal vaporizer exists and until it does we are doing our best to sell the best products we can find.

Quality control coming out of China leaves a lot to be desired and these products are not perfect.
I have a stack of over 60 non-functioning or malfunctioning PCC that we did not ship to our customers that proves this point. As we have very little direct control over the manufacturing of the product we have decided to offer and exceptional product replacement program.

WARRANTY

If you buy it from innovapor and it doesn’t work or fails with in the first 30 days of use we send you a replacement, immediately. We will not make you send it back first and we will not ask you to trouble shoot it. We simply just ship you a replacement at are expense as well as a postage paid return envelope for the defective part.

Important Aspects of Ordering from Innovapor


1. When your order says “Processing” that is a function of how your credit card authorizes the purchase. We completely ignore it. I wish I could change that function but so far it is integrated in to the core code of our cart program and it risks crashing the site. We just figure that if you bought the product you want it, and we get right to packing and shipping regardless of how long it takes your credit card company to decide it is okay to pay us.

2. SHIPPING – IMPORTANT

USPS.com has been DOWN off and on since Thursday and offline for the last 2 days. This prevents us from auto-generating postage. Additionally PayPal postage has been down for over a week. This means we are manually generating postage at the post office for every package, which id incredibly time consuming.

SHIPPING TIMES

USPS Priority: Expect your package in 7 days (+) or (-) 2 days either way so it may be 5 from the time you order or it may be 9.
The USPS says the Priority is a 2-3 day service and some times it is. However it is not a guaranteed service so they are under NO obligation to meet that delivery time. I do not want to upset customers with false expectations of delivery times. Sometimes the Boise Post Office is efficient and sometimes they are…..______________ insert several explicative terms of your choice.

IF YOU NEED IT FAST

We offer express shipping this is a 1-3 day guaranteed service. It is NOT a true overnight service and the cut-off for drop off is 3pm. So if we get your order at 2pm it is virtually impossible for us to prep, pack and deliver to the PO desk by 3pm. It is a reliable 2 day service. Honestly at prices as low as ours, if you need you product FAST this is a great option . It is not free but if you are aready saving 10%-40% buying with is then the added cost of express service is negated by the deep discount we offer.

IF YOU NEED IT YESTERDAY

Fed-Ex Overnight – this is TRUE OVERNIGHT with a 5pm drop-off. So you need to get you order placed by noon to expect that we can get it to you the next day. Saturday delivery is an available option. Pricing is variable. Under 1 pound I usually around $30 over a pound much closer to $60 for next day Priority Overnight (morning delivery). Standard overnight rates can range from $20-$40. If you need overnight - You need to call Mark and 208-761-0895. We will send you a PayPal request or we can take your Credit Card over the phone to handle the additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship USPS Priority International with NO LIQUID (we have applied for our liquid export license). We can Ship Fed-Ex international with liquid (so we were told by Fed-Ex) USPS is $15, Fed-Ex is closer to $65 but is variable depending on where you are at and how fast you want it. Again Call Mark 208-761-0895.

ECOpure Liquid and flavoring

ECOpure uses 4 basic ingredients (5 in menthol, the menthol). These ingredients are the most expensive starting ingredients currently available
. All ingedients are made in the UK nothing is outsourced. I have the information on these ingredients on the web site both technical from Sigma and general. I also have the MSDS information. None of the ingredients have been shown to be carcinogenic in any concentration via inhalation according to the MSDS (which is data from OSHA and other such regulatory agencies). So I feel good about selling ECOpure. I know what is in it and I have the purity analysis on the liquid and vapor. Everything is 99% purity or greater and no acrolein was identified in the vapor analysis. All of this information is available under links and downloads from http://www.innovapor.com

Most flavoring ingredients (oils etc.) that are currently used in/or are added existing liquids to flavor vaporizer liquid are made as cooking additives to flavor candy, cakes etc. They are inexpensive and are not made to be "pure" base ingredients they are made to be added to delicious and tasty treats. I do not and will not add these to our ECOpure. I do not know what is in them and I do not have the safety data on the chemical ingredients. I cannot recommend them so as I result I cannot sell them. It is a personal choice on my part. I would probably sell a lot more ECOpure if I mixed up 20 popular flavors, however I just want to sell the cleanest, purist liquid on the planet made form the most expensive and pure ingredients available. I inhale this stuff myself all day long.

SH - I can honestly say that I've had NO issues with Kat or Mills! I spoke with Kat about 20 minutes last Friday afternoon and she was gracious enough to answer the questions I had after trying out the 510 for the 1st time. This is my 1st experience in PV's so she did great.

Millie has been tremendous to work with via email and has answered all of my questions/concerns over the last week. I only wished I had listened and followed her original recommendations!

I'm looking forward to ordering and working with both of them and yourself in the future.

Just wondering about the server prob with USPS. Got an email today about that. So, are they unable to ship anything from you due to a server issue on their end. Can you explain that? Are you not going to be able to ship my order until they fix it? I'm dying here, literally. (Still waiting to switch from analog to my first e-cig after a month waiting for Blu) If you could ballpark my ETA it would help my nerves a bit. Thanks. order #444. ordered on the 9th if that helps. I am not at all upset with you guys. So far you've been out of this world. Like a yin to Blu's yang. They are absolutely afwul. You guys are gonna be great if you keep up this level of customer service. We just want to be informed, and you guys do it. Thanks for caring about you customers.

Yes the whole deal with the USPS server being down is that we are not able to generate postage labels for our packages. That pretty much means that we cannot send out any packages until they get it fixed. But it hasn't ever taken more than a day for them to get their server up and running. My ballpark estimate for your delivery date is around a week I would say. We are just a little bit behind schedule right now due to the USPS problems and also problems with getting our products delivered to us. But we have lots coming in and should be up to full speed in about a week. If there is anything I can do for you in the meantime please let me know.

I placed my order on Thursday (#417) for Domestic USPS Express Overnight. I don't actually see that option on this new listing? How will my order end up going out?
After having waited for more than a month for a Blu order that never ended up happening I am quite anxious to finally be able to have a decent E-cig.

Your order will go out Express shipping. They guarantee it to be one day shipping. But with the post office you never really know. However it should be there right away. Let me know if it isn't and I will find out what is going on with it.

Yes all the orders originate from Boise. But even though we are moving slower than we would like within the next week we should be up to full speed again. There has just been some complications that we really can't do anything about. But all that is getting worked out and should be resolved here soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I just want to say thank you to Innovapor. I ordered the $75 kit deal just expecting to use the attys on my Prodigy but WOW! First of all the service I received through Noah is top notch, he must have answered at least 10 of my PM's prior to spending money with them. Then I got my 510 on Sat and this thing is amazing! I told myself after trying on of the regular cigarette looking models months ago I would never go back to a small battery again. After trying out the 510 kit I really believe that this thing has the same or really close to the same kick as my 801 prodigy just shorter battery life. I can't say enough great things about my first run with the 510 and Innovapor. So thanks and keep up the great work!!

We are DEFINITELY shipping. We are going to ship, however if we have to go down to the USPS and manual generate labels it is just very time consuming. I am working on setting up an account with endicia and it should be up tomorrow morning (they are another USPS affiliated label generating program). We are working on this every way possible, we have 4 people cranking away at this right now on a Sunday night. We want to be shipping.

Express Overnight is the USPS Express "Overnight" service but if you read their fine print it is technically a 2 day service. Most the time it is truly overnight. But the USPS likes to give themselves some wiggle room. Not our call, only true overnight guaranteed delivery service we offer is Fed-Ex. But express is overnight in many situations, but can just as often be 2 day.

Orders are being sent out. As Tony said we are a little slowed down due to an enormous failure rate in some items. So taking the time to make sure your PCC works, or you battery isn't bad charger is not junk etc. is time consuming. Plus Tony and Mark handfill all the carts, mod all the cases etc. etc. They really put in long hours but the goal is just to get out the best, most functional products available. They are going to be bringing on a third set of hands to help them out (and we should all hope that guy knows what he is in for trying to keep up with Mark and Tony). We are doing the best we can, and we will get better.

I had t make some major adjustments to our ordering. I was just not satisfied with the failure rate and burn out of the atomizers, so we have 1,500 new and enhanced 510 atomizers landing on wenesday. These burn 30,000 times (5 second burn) compared to the current 10,000 burn. So 3X the atomizer.

We want to be able to get 510 batteries into your hands for less then $10 a peice add new products like pass throughs and more reliable PCC. We are working on it. Stay tuned..

Interesting. I was given to believe that a 510 was a 510 was a 510. Are you saying that it's possible to get differently rated atomizers? That's news to me... welcome news if true, but news none the less.

Oh, and I forgot to mention this earlier...

I get a lot of questions about ECOpure, both here on the board and in the "real world." The questions practically always center on the flavors. Have you considered doing a discounted tester pack of 5 3ml bottles, one of each flavor? It might be a good way to introduce people to it.

I returned your PM. I also just went through your email exchanges with Kat. We should of got you shipped out on Friday and I already apologized in a previous post about shipping delays and some issues with new employees.

We had you packed on Saturday but not before the 12 noon drop off which means that it will not ship until Monday. If you do not want it that is fine, I'll cancel your order now and issue a refund.

I did not see any unreturned emails and I may not be greased lightning the last few days but I did respond to your PM. Overnight service is a tough service to offer but I do it because I know some people want there products fast. We do are very best. Sometimes are best is not good enough.

My aplogies, I am refunding you order now and canceling your express label. You can issue a chargeback if you would like but you refund will be issued by me personally in the next 5 minutes. I again am sorry. I had a new employee who was not correctly trained on how to prioritize express orders. That is my fault, no doubt.

Your absolutely right, there is no excuse for not delivering to you your express ovenight delivery immediatley, I really strive for perfect cutomer service to each and every customer. Sometimes I fail, I am doing my best and I am sorry I let you down.
