Both of my batteries had MP stamped on them and the gold band on the attys said Titan. Could these be from TW, and what about the EcoPure?

before I received my 510 kit I was in touch with mark about the delay. In our conversation he mentioned that supplies were so backordered that they had to order from another us shipper to fill the orders and try to keep the backlog from getting too big. He mentioned this while ranting about how the company would not be seeing near the same profit margins as they would through their original supplier. I believe its entirely possible that these mp and otherwise stamped batteries etc could be due to this workaround shipment. He was trying to compensate for packages being held in customs.

This order was placd around 2 to 3 weeks ago.

Still waiting on email reply with USPS tracking number. I understand the frustration all have felt but I am not disappointed yet...after all, I have dealt with Johnson Creek! Just curious...are y'alls delays on one specific item or all items across the board? I ordered the Pelican Pocket case (without the USB cutout) for the 510.

The ECOpure liquid was developed by Intellicig. Inno is a USA distributor for them and from what I can tell, is the only USA distributor of that product.

I too was thinking the same thing a week ago. (maybe the delays are specific items) I seen the thread concerning the PCC's & EVO's but I figured, I'm only getting 2ea 510 atty's & batts & some Ecopure...Everything seemed "in stock" when I ordered so I figured there wouldn't be any delays.
Well it's been 5 days now & I still haven't been notified anythings been shipped.
Order #668 if Mark, Noah, Millie or anyone else from IV is reading this.

I understand getting backed up, suppliers not holding up there end of deals, customs, bad parts etc etc. Let me make this clear.
I don't hold IV responsible for those issues.
I DO have issues with the way things are handled with shipping though. There seems to be a real lack of communication that should get fixed ASAP.

Back when I ordered there was indeed a shipment being held at customs that they were compensating for. It was around the same time they had the usps paypal issue.

That's what I was trying to get at...mine is order 650 if they do read this and I did NOT email them first for shipping costs which was my fault and I think this caused a delay. I have since emailed twice (and I know they are getting slammed with emails!) requesting shipping data with no replies. I am not discouraged at this time and I do feel their pain but something should be said on their website about possible delays (maybe a disclaimer like JC had about making fresh batches of juice causing delays). I won't call them yet either as it's only been sine 7/17 since I placed my order. I was just curious to see if it was certain items. Thanks!

I get the feeling its not just individual items...I'm waiting on a shipping confirm for 5 atomizers on friday. Gonna try to call mark to check it out but considering the volume of inquiries I doubt ill have much luck.

Well I've finally had enough of this game. I tried calling Mark (no answer, no return call yet) to check and see if my order was at the post office yet. If it wasn't, I was going to tell him to cancel my order and refund my money. I sent a message to Noah/Millie/whoever telling them to refund my money if it hasn't shipped already. At this point, $30-$40 extra dollars is worth it for some piece of mind.

I can't wait to put this entire fiasco behind me. The great irony of all of this is that this situation is making me want to smoke more not less!
