Hey Satanz, are you the police, the mod squad, or what? What authority do you have to tell me to "get the hell out"??? Noah himself, somewhere on THIS forum, said it was ok to point people who can't wait to other suppliers of JOYE 510's. People want to STOP SMOKING!! That's the whole point!

What's your problem?

the real problem is that in the long term you're doing more harm than good to the product you are pitching by spamming in a competitors forums_ regardless of the sincerity of your intentions...

I've had success getting ahold of Millie on that one as well. That's where I sent this one so hopefully someone sees it. At this point, I'm almost hoping it hasn't been shipped just so I can exit this drama filled mess.

Order #609 has not shipped yet. It is only 510 items which I was told by IV on Monday were in stock, (and would ship Tuesday) so.....who knows?

Mine is 617.....This is really getting annoying! I want to hear what the heal is this time! I have a tracking number, and when I check it it tells me that USPS was informed they were going to get it back on the 18th. 4 days from sticker printed to still not dropped off?

I thanked Millie for getting me the number and I told her she rocked for it...But this is insane, especially since the inventory update stated they were going to have plenty of stock. All we are asking here is to be informed about what is going on.

USPS tracking is unreliable. I wouldn't put ANY stock in it. Most facilities don't scan priority mail into their systems, so the status of the package is practically always incorrect. At my sorting facility the mail carriers don't scan the packages until they're at my front door, dropping off the package. If the package isn't scanned at the originating facility, the status doesn't update until I have the delivery in my hands. That's pretty par for the course when it comes to the USPS. Personally, I wouldn't get stressed about it until it's over 5 days late (not counting Sunday.)

Mine is 553 and my tracking number says it was going to get dropped off on the 17th, but I KNOW the earliest it could have possibly been dropped off was the 21st thus the reason I asked for a refund. I've waited 10 days now and have yet to have my package shipped. That's unacceptable by anyones standard.

The worst part is they processed my payment on the 13th when I ordered so now I have to hope they refund my money. Don't you just love feeling like you have no control what-so-ever of the situation?

I have to back him on this one. My atlsmoke order that came today updated 3 times AFTER it was dropped off LOL! USPS FTL!

I understand that USPS is unreliable, I've learned to accept that. What I'm not Ok with is that Monday I was told on the phone by Mark that my order would ship Tuesday. I got an e-mail from Millie this morning saying that it hasn't been shipped yet. So thats 1 week and it still hasn't made it to the post office. Not an evo, not a pcc, only things that i was told were in stock.

So again I ask: InnoVapor WTF?

thats exactly what i am saying, i changed my order from the evo to the 510 without a PCC, so you are completly right in askin WTF!!!

He also went into the issue of where these new attys come from ( this took a long time as well). I told him I don't care where they come from if they work. So finally I asked him if he would give me a Titan atty and the original carts that went with them. He said yes( this took a long time). I reitterated: Titan atty and carts, post office TODAY. "Can we make that happen?" to which he replied, " we can make that happen." Now, I have no trust that he WILL make that happen...but we'll see.

And AGAIN...I will say...Noah told me that it was unrealistic to wait for new carts because it would take 3-4 weeks to get them made, etc etc etc....Someone else posted that Mark seemed surprised about all of this going down right now....
Just a straight answer...not four different ones. They have to know that people are getting antsy...It just should not take this long.

And where did the new attys come from and how long to wait for the new carts?

Nice editorial comments. It seems you have a vendetta against InnoVapor. If I was as angry at a vendor as you seem to be, I'd just cancel my order and use someone else.


No vendetta, just facts.My point is that Mark uses red herring techniques. I just wanted to know when my order would be shipped, I don't think thats unreasonable. I haven't gone somewhere else yet because I'm choosing to believe that by the time they can refund, they will have shipped. I just want the stuff I paid for. Simple as that.

Not that it's any consolation here, but I did receive my 510 & extra atty today. I ordered July 9, the postage was printed up July 16, the package showed up at the Boise USPS sorting station July 21 at 1:01 a.m, it reached Indianapolis (my home) at 9:48 p.m. July 21. I am grateful to have it and have been vaping my brains out all day since I let myself run out of smokes and refused to buy anymore at $8 a pack. (I did meanwhile learn what an incredible buzz you can get if you drip 24 mg. juice on a Djarum clove cigarette woohoo) I'll keep checking here to see how you all come out since this experience seemed to turn into such an ordeal for all involved.

Just got off the phone with mark. Seems that its the cartridge issue causing delay of the atomizers. Like the poster above I chose to change my order to titant atomizers and he said it would be out by the end of the day.

Now for some juicy bits. Iv claims that the new atomizers were being shipped from eastmall as that is currently their supplier. Eastmall offered them these new atomizers when they inquired about the titan atomizers they ordered from totallywicked. They ordered a bunch of these new ones and shipped them out. Unfortunately there is an infiniticimal difference in the size of the new carts vs the old_ and this is causing not only leakage but melted plastic when an old atomizer is applied. He advised that it is very important to only use the new cartridges and that they are holding up sendout until they get a bigger shipment of these new carts so people don't resort to using the old ones.

So basically, either eastmall got duped...eastmall is duping iv or joye is lying.

Ok...so why did it take you to call and post this in order for us to find out about it (rhetorical question)....I mean it is a stand up thing to do on their part, but how about an email or post to let people know about this???
