You still waiting on yours as well, cmd? :( I got mine this last Tuesday the 21st, ordered it on the 9th. Very nice, and several lil extras to boot :D

still no word on my order but after switching from the EVO to the 510 kit on the 20th i know i am still days if not weeks away from mine. what did you order and what extras? dish so we can all revel in your Inno vaping experience!:)

LMAO! I got the 510 kit, 2 attys (the new ones...BTW 910 carts fit very nicely on them, 510 carts a tad loose but dont fall off or anything), 2 manual batts, 5 pre-filled carts of the high fresh (unflavored) 3 3ml of the high Fresh , and a blue PCC. Mark also threw in 2 additional 3ml Ecopure, one Rich high and one Reg high and a mini USB charger. I am very happy with them. Yes the shipping took a bit, 12 days to be exact. But as I said before, maybe this is what they mean by good things come to those who wait. What a awesome price, $57.00 with shipping for all! I will definitely be ordering from them again ;) The bonus I had was that I already have a 401, so I wasn't a newbie jonesin for my first e-cig :D I have to say, as well, I have ordered from several liquid suppliers and I really like the Ecopure. I like VG bases though:).
If you dont have a tracking number yet I definitely suggest you call Mark and get one. Its well worth it to be able to at least check status on your package, as much as USPS will allow and report anyways. They (USPS) mis sent mine...so my shipping was delayed by an additional day:cry:

I am soooo jealous! i think i will be waiting til they get the whole atty cart business squared away. i am afraid that i wont like the loose carts and its going to sour me...being a newbie! i keep watching the video on the site salivating...i just cat wait!!!:p

So, let's sus this out.

You ordered on the 16th. If the order went to the PO on the 17th that means that it's been five business days, assuming your mail hasn't come today. If it's already come today that makes it six business days.

That's not an unreasonable amount of time, actually. I'd say that, given the "efficiency" of the US postal service, seven to ten days turn time would not be unexpected. Six days is certainly not enough to warrant freaking out about the package not arriving yet.

I wasn't complaining at all, I was merely responding to Iron Eagles insults and accusations.

Heck, if I lived in Boise I would have picked it up personally!8-o Yes, they do allow that. Mark told me of a guy who lived a few miles away that asked if he could pick up and was allowed to. Thats just nuts to pay postage and wait if you don't have to.

That "guy" would have been me. But I still have to wait for an "your order is ready" call. Can't just barge in and say "gimme my stuff now!!" I have to wait in line just like every one else. If I picked up my order, # 630, before 629 got their's shipped, that wouldn't be very nice.

Edit: BTW that is my 2nd order, I did pick up my 1st order in person.

So I wonder if that gaurantee is honored, where if the order isn't shipped in 24 hours you get 10% off your next order?

Anyway I guess you can get that with a code anyway. It doesn't seem that they are exactly shipping out according to order #. I haven't received a tracking # after requesting one twice. I have not had any replies to email inquiries either. I did speak to Mark on the phone on tuesday though. He said at that time they were working on the mid 600's? It is Thurs. now and they are still in the early 600's. I don't get it. I was told my package would ship Tues. or Wed. at the latest. I am leaving on vacation for a 7 night stay at a non-smoking hotel. I was so looking forward to having this.

On a bright note though this lame ecig I do have (puney little puffs) the batteries fit into the new 510 PCC case I received from another vender.
With an added pad in the lid it charges the shorter battery so thank heaven I have something to vape. Honestly I don't think I would be so dissapointed if it weren't for the fact i was counting on these for my trip.

Good luck to everyone, and to innovapor sorry you have been running into so many snags right out of the gate. Your attention to quality and making sure orders are correct when they ship out are appreciated.

By the way I ordered two 510 kits last Fri. the 17th. Order # 663

SPeaking only for myself on this one, I am just a bit frustrated, not because I do not have my product yet...but because orders sat for 7 days without going anywhere. I agree that these folks are trying their damnest to get this taken care of. My issue is only that there was no information relayed! Only in trickles from other folks here on the forum. Much of the anger and frustration here comes from something that can be fixed in a matter of seconds with an email or a forum post. That is all! If someone from there told me..."Hey, we decided to hold shipments until we got the new carts to fit the new attys. There will be a delay...sorry for the inconvenience...That could have been posted on their web site.

I haven't bashed or called names (I know you were not saying that I specifically was) and I do not intend to. Even with these issues they are still stand up people it seems and really want to make things right

Agreed. It seems they are a new business trying to find their footing. They have been addressing issues on this forum and fixing product issues. I believe once the delays are over Innovapor will really start to shine.
 
Truthfully I think they are short staffed for the amount of orders they receive. If they hired some more people their customers like myself wouldn't be frustrated, orders would be shipped on time. I say hire some more people for the demand. I think a buck or 2 is trying to be saved instead of hiring more people when they are actually losing money. I know for sure I won't be buying anything else from them.

I didn't read thru this entire thread, but I am hoping that someone from innovapor is still monitoring this. I actually ordered my black EVO from intellicig UK right before I found out about their site. I do plan on getting my refills and accessories from innovapor. I just want to know that if I order some refill fluid and a pelican case, will those ship out right away and not experience the delay of those waiting for the e-cigs themselves? Has anyone else ordered 'supplies' from them during this delay and gotten them right away? Thanks 2 all!
