hey guys, i placed an order on july 14....it got shipped on the 17th and got here on the 21st.....i had a couple issuses with the order processing which is why it took till the 17th to send i figure, but i couldent*** be happier with my new 510 and innovapors customer service....mark was a stand up guy who seemd to really know what he was doing every time i talked to him....im not sure why theres such a big problem with all of yalls orders but it seems to be the same 3 or 4 people complaining....if you count the other orders that people arent complaining about then....you guys are the small minority....maybe its something wrong with yalls end? just a guess....vape ON!

Most people don't understand what it takes to run a business especially this type of business where your suppliers are half way around the world and the investment that goes with it. Dealing with suppliers is a nightmare. Salespeople or reps will tell you anything you want to hear. I know because I run 2 small businesses and hate salespeople. You order one thing and get another. I just look at it from all angles. These guys are getting more publicity than anyone on the forum. Just give them a chance. As the late Dale Earnhardt Sr. said, as long as you can hear the fans, whether they are cheering or booing, you are in great shape. When you don't hear them anymore, you could be in trouble. The communication has been great for me. They will get it together and I am in no way affiliated with them, just a big fan of the ECOpure and will continue to buy from them. Things will come together for them, they are just working out the kinks.

FWIW I'm not sure when they are sending my order, but they have been quick to respond to my emails (sent to innovapor@gmail.com). They've been very polite as well, which I appreciate considering the number of emails they must be getting right now. I went ahead and ordered a kit from another site just in case, but at least I'll be well stocked :). In addition to inquiring about my shipping date, I asked them to swap out lower-strength EcoPure for the 30-mg EcoPure. Emails:

Hi! What is the shipping status on order #688? I'm a little concerned as I read about long delays on the e-cig forum. I ordered several 510 kits. Are you waiting for new carts to fill the new atomizers? If so, do you have any idea how long that will take? Thanks!

Hey Julie

There is an issue with the old carts fitting securely on the new atomizers. We expressed new carts to our warehouse yesterday and they should be arriving shortly (today is when they should arrive but knowing USPS probably tomorrow). As SOON as we get them we have your order all ready to go.

I WANT to see these guys do well....But on the same hand I WANT to be informed about what is going on with the stuff I order....a week sitting in their facility without being shipped is crazy when they apparently had stock. Noone knew they were holding shipments because of the atty problem until we contacted them.
I have been saying this all along. I just want information. This way if it was going to take a while or unforseen circumstances arise, i can make arrangements until my stuff gets here.
I think its a great thing that they are holding shipments so the appropriate carts get here (Innovapor - stop using USPS!:p) so people are happy with their product. Just don't make them wait until they get frustrated enough to contact you.

We dont usually find out what is going on until we contact them....Mine is still sitting in their place, mine was ordered last thursday but it has not gone anywhere. So the problem isnt with the shipping itself. THe product cannot go anywhere unless it is sent to the shipping company.

Vape On? I would certainly like to! But I got nuttin to Vape :p

Finally got an email back. Order #622 was not sent yet. They are waiting for the new carts as someone else already posted. Not much more we can do but si back and wait.

I am not surprised by this at all!!!
They told me this yesterday and the the carts should have been there yesterday. Then I saw a post from Millie that said probably not until today because of USPS (Then stop using them!)

I was looking at older posts and just 3 days ago Noah said they were getting stuff out at a pretty go turnaround now.

Millie told me in an email that yesterday and today they had pretty big shipments going out.

this is nuts!

Part that bugs me is there is no official response to any of this from anyone.

Still waiting on email reply with USPS tracking number. I understand the frustration all have felt but I am not disappointed yet...after all, I have dealt with Johnson Creek! :p Just curious...are y'alls delays on one specific item or all items across the board? I ordered the Pelican Pocket case (without the USB cutout) for the 510.

I am qouting my own post due to my original reply about delays. I ordered mine Friday (Pelican case) and just got it yesterday...4 business days from placing the order to it coming to my door in Virginia and using USPS. Maybe this IS product related delays? However, I cannot explain how the delays from printing a shipping label and being shipped out of the post office taking so long for some...

Its simple really. They printed the labels to obtain tracking numbers to essentially keep us quiet. Do I think the USPS is great..no. But I also think there alot better than what inno is leading us to believe. 100000 suppliers use USPS, only innovapor has these issues with them? Delays happen and im not to upset about delays. Its when someone doesnt let me know whats going on and snowballs me that pisses me off!

Is this factual data or a rectal extraction? IMO throwing numbers around without any actual facts is not helpful. Of course it's your world, I just live in it.

Seeing as this was my first order with InnoVapor, I cannot complain about the product or shipping times so this will be my last post in this individual thread. Product was as described and sent in a timely manner. The replies to my email were polite and prompt (minus one or two emails requesting tracking data but I do understand emails can get overlooked at times). Thank you IV.

Keep in mind this is only EcoPure, and according to the website when I ordered their stock showed nearly 1000 pieces available. I am really hoping it goes out soon, the last communication I received said hopefully in the next couple of days.

Thinking it's time to hire some more people :p

Keep in mind this is only EcoPure, and according to the website when I ordered their stock showed nearly 1000 pieces available. I am really hoping it goes out soon, the last communication I received said hopefully in the next couple of days.

Thinking it's time to hire some more people :p

I ordered last Thursday and it still has not reached USPS...
There is just no info to be had that actually stands for more than a few hours.

I ordered only ECOpure also on the 18th and haven't heard anything. I also ordered a charger from another supplier and never got a response. Come to find out PayPal did not send out an automatic email like it should have.

If these guys stop using the USPS, they will have to go with major carriers and prices on shipping or products will go up. Do we really want that? Just FYI. Something to think about.

Not wanting to test the vaping gods' temperaments, it seems the package is within spitting distance of me and I could reasonably expect it delivered tomorrow. How did it sit in limbo for 5 days and then get here from Boise in 20 hours? Oh I do hope it arrives tomorrow.

At this point it is kind of obvious that it is not a USPS problem....We are talking a week after order and it still has not left their (Innovapor's) facility. That is a big issue with them not USPS. Now add the USPS issues that will surely follow if and when the shipment comes out and we are talking a very long process. With no real updates on progress from them.

I think these people mean very well and they are very nice, but they really do have issues on shipping. My emails were always responded to promptly also. As for the new attys for the 510's and that controversy, I still don't know much about that.

The controversy was started by other and I dont put much faith in it. I, however am in the same boat about not being informed of what is going on. They respond quickly for a few days, but when there is a problem you don't hear anything. Thats the disturbing part....I WANT them to be my supplier of choice, but if stuff doesn't go out of their facility for a week or more, it would make that difficult.
