Well maybe that's the definition of an unreliable business, one that responds to some but not others. Yet the obligation of the business is to deliver agreed upon goods upon accepting payment. Ducking requests from customers for info on the goods they have already paid for is ... making up multiple stories about why things haven't shipped is ... telling customers things have shipped when they haven't is ... I'll be nice and let the reader fill in the word(s).

The was received part is generated when the vendor generates a shipping label, all subsequent tracking info is generated by the USPS, part of INNO's issues is that the USPS doesn't update in a timely fashion, the info is not generated by Innovapor and may not reflect actual location of the package.

ive ordered other stuff since then and the USPS site has updated accordingly, and ive recieved my other products, so is this a problem with just IV and the USPS or is it a USPS problem on its own? i figured it would ship pretty fast since it was just a pelican case and 15ml bottle of liquid...im not too concerned about the ammount of time its taking since i have PLENTY of juice

this is what the USPS site says:

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 28, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."

so what i get from this is that the shipping label was printed at 9:40ish on the 27th and the USPS was notified on the 28th, but it still hasnt received the package yet for shipping?

thanks :)

I was at Innovapor today, they were packing orders furiously, don't worry, I did not interrupt their work, after receiving my order I was politely ignored and went on my way.

I agree with most of this, but I think to add on top of this, it appears Inno creates shipping labels before getting ready to ship anything. In earlier posts Noah mentioned they were back to 48 hours shipped after order...I placed a new order last Saturday...Now ignoring Saturday and Sunday, and counting 48 hours, that would place shipment out by Wednesday. The Endicia system says the USPS received electronic shipping information on the 27th...USPS says they received it on the 28th....According to an email I just got from Clay, it has not shipped. Customer service is currently flying to a convention so they are not in direct contact with shipping (understandable) but here we are again hearing one thing when something completely different takes place and no one says anything. I thought they had things ironed out??

I would love to know why my eamil was not responded to, I was 0rder #466..got my kit everything was fine...untill 3 hours later when my atty died, and it was one of those new and improved attys tested to last 3x longer than the old ones. I sent an email 2 weeks ago, and still have yet to find a response from Innovapor. :nah:

I had the same prob w one of my "new" attys and it took me three emails and almost a phonecall but Mark finally emailed and said he would send me a new atty as a replacement for my dead one and a postage paid envelope to send them the bad one. now i know that might be a week or more but i am certain i will get it. so keep at it!

I have looked at so many vendors on the web and nobody comes close to the prices at IV. yeah it took my first kit 10 days to get to me but for the discount and the price i think i can wait a little longer. my experience has not been so horrible as others so that is why i will keep ordering from IV.

Price is good, but I should have ordered from china. Prices are still lower from China, but I ignorantly thought ordering from the US would get my order to me quicker. Im getting really tired of seeing the message at USPS, that they were notified to expect something, but have nothing in hand yet. My order would have been at my door on tuesday had I ordered from china, and thats going through customs! At this rate I seriously doubt my order will even ship from Innovapor by Tuesday. While Im glad a US based company is getting more business than they can handle, Im used to ordering something online and having it shipped the next day, not over a week later. Reminds me of my first e-cig purchase experience, from Blu. Granted thats an extreme example, but I do feel like Im in the same state of limbo, not knowing when or even if I should expect my package. To be fair im also having the same problem with JC juice, ordered over a week ago and it still hasnt shipped. On a positive note, I got impatient yesterday and ordered some juice from NuVape and it shipped within an hour of the order and USPS already has it and its in route! The crapiest site ever ships faster than Ive ever experienced before, go figure!

Hopefully IV quality is good and Ill forget about all this once I have product in hand, but is nerve racking being down your last atty, ordering a week ahead and your hardware still isnt in route.

Well I finally received my order. Order #633 was waiting when I got back from vacation so I can't say what day it actually arrived.

I never received any shipping information on my package, it still reads processing. I requested tracking info three times and never got a response.

On a good note though. The 510 is awesome. Beats the hey out of the wimpy SE ecig. The cartridges from the PCC I ordered elsewhere are a loose fit but they work well.

All I can say is great product but innovapor has got to be more open and honest about the problems it is having. To pick and choose the customers that deserve a response is not right. Some Customers have received many responses while others have gotten nil.

I would order from them again but only if I am not exspecting my package for a while.

I am like many who tried to stay positive, as I wanted a product that actually functioned. The lack of response to any of my communication except one phone call left me feeling ignored when others on the forum were reporting responses within hours.

Like I said, though, love the product.

I placed an order with InnoVapor on 7 July (#363) still not received it.... its now 1 August will it ever arrive??

You sir, without a doubt, NEED to call Mark & ask wtf. Well maybe not wtf but you get my drift.
Mark is good with phone calls & if he says he'll call you back, believe me, he will.

I received my order yesterday. Order #945, took about a week to arrive since purchase. I ordered Indy 510 kit (with PCC case) and no-charger kit but they sent me two no-charger kits.
It is my first e-cigarette order and now I have no charger. I have 4 batteries that seem to be charged but I don't think they last long so I hesitate to start e-cigs.
I went to e-cigarette kiosk at local mall. They have chargers for 510 but these don't fit. These manual batteries from Innovator have slightly larger threading.

Does anyone know where to buy a charger or, preferable, PCC case compatible with Innovator batteries? A site that ships fast? I'm afraid I may run out of luck with my next order if I buy from Innovator and it may be delayed for more than a week. I just need a charger.
