I thought we were going to get some new atomizers? My order which was the Ultimate: $150.00 (6 atomizers) and the Recharge Kit (2 atomizers) total of 8 in my order- I got NONE of the new style atomizers????? I was at least expecting 1 of them????
Also None of the ECOpure Liquid is Labled???? I got different kinds- How am I supposed to know which is which??????
But Thank God it is Finally here
Also- are these charged an ready to go or do the need charging????

Hmmm, maybe yours got packaged before they started using the new atty style only?
They say you can use each batt for 2 hours, then recharge for 2 hours I believe. They have charged them one already, so go by the second charging instructions that Joye gives you.Hmmm, maybe yours got packaged before they started using the new atty style only?
The batteries have the initial charge on them already. They recommend that you use one for 20 minutes then return it back to the charger for the normal charge, usually about 2 hours. Go to their site and look at the video's on maintenance for the 510 by Scott.

Just got word that my order hasn't shipped yet. Maybe in the next couple of days...I was hoping sooner but the USPS will probably not get it to my by the end of the week.

Darn it! I did get a package, but not from Innovaper Its still a good thing though I I ended up buying a 510 kit with a pcc from another member on the sale board and its here! Go figure, it was sent out a day later the the Innovaper package and its here already....strange .

Well, Nicole, you're a few steps ahead of me. I called Mark and got a tracking number saying electronic shipping info received on July 16, but nothing beyond that. Missent? what the hell does that mean? It was in Nebraska, though, so it must be in your neighborhood. That's good unless they return it to Idaho and start over again. LOL surely not.
He said I won't be receiving the PCC until the manufacturer sends them a model that works. That's up the road, all I care about is getting my 510 for vaping. I have two bottles of 24 mg. clove juice from Diet Smokes (had it in 48 hrs from Texas to Indiana. That's awesome service). I also want to get the ginger flavor since that's my favorite flavor of all (outside of clove cigarettes). Also waiting for an expense acct. check from my employer so I can make all these vaping dreams come true.
Let us know when it gets there, I've been keeping track of your order too heheh. I need some nicotine before I lapse into dementia.

I informed them of the situation and told them they needed to make sure and expedite my package this way cause I expect it in my hands tomorrow! They said they were going to call the Ogallala post office and make sure of it. I'm not so sure I trust that, not sure they are competent enough to do that!

Good luck with that. I placed an order on July 4th and have not received my package yet, I placed another order on July 14th and they have not shipped it yet...
Woo Hoo! Order #334 placed July 6th arrived today! No note about the new atomizers though but they are all black and I notice a metal ring inside that isn't on the other 510 atomizers I have, so not sure.
I did get a note from Mark stating that I have one of the defective PCCs and as soon as good ones come in he will ship replacement.
Plus so far I like the ECOPure. I like the flavor, slightly sweet, but I need to break in the atomizer to get the full taste/effect.

I have two orders still in limbo, one before yours even! Low 200's order #... But its great that people who ordered five days ago are getting stuff.
Hate to start my first post ever on these boards with something negative...but
i ordered from Innovapor july 8th and have received shipment. the pccs sent included a short note saying they were defective and would be replaced. ok great. now im happy by default. i got something i ordered and i, like everyone else, is saying they arent so bad.
it just seems to me that innovapor got a bit greedy. they took orders for things that were NOT in stock. they took our money for stuff they didnt have their hands on, and made believe there were other issues. hey everyone...im selling a bunch of stuff. pay me and then hopefully i will get the product in a timely manner and i will send it to you. and i will take endless orders for it in the meantime. then i will ignore the onslaught of emails because no one is getting anything...
first of all, if you didnt have pccs that were functioning properly you NEVER should have listed them on your site or included them in starter kits. logical deduction implies they DIDNT even have them in stock when they took the buttload of orders.
i would happily order from innovapor again if i were assured they only listed what they had in stock and these items were already tested for proper functioning. i think we all would rather check a site daily for the stuff when it is ready to be sold then just ordering imaginary products that are due in any time.
when i spoke to mark myself, he said we are waiting for the SHIPMENT. that was the delay. hello? you dont have the products in but you are taking orders?? fantastic.
i read all of innovapors excuses. they have plenty of stock...1000's of them. they had issues with usps. they got sooo inundated with orders. the fact is they didnt have the product july 10th when i called. and i am afraid they are still taking orders for what they do not have. scary business. especially when people are willing to pay a few bucks more for orders that are shipped the next business day (their stock isnt imaginary)
i think most of us realize what has happened here.
on a more positive note, 501's do rock!

Probably not...my #617 order hasn't shipped yet and mine was placed Thursday. I am not expecting miracles, but I would assume it should be shipped either today or tomorrow for mine.
I just recieved my 2nd order from IV and it took 1 week. I can def wait one week for an order from a company with such great comunication. Thanks for the extra buss cards because I already gave out all the ones from the first order. You guys and gals at innovapor rock, Thanks and Ill be back as soon as the wife will let me spend more $$.
I'm just guessing that it all depends on what you ordered and the supply on hand.
Don't get me wrong, I just ordered on the 15th and I'm not holding my breath...hoping, but not holding.
IMHO, it's worth a little extra wait for the deal that Noah is giving members of this forum. Of course my tune will most certainly change should my current equipment go belly up.
order #609 placed on the 16th. Just got off the phone with Mark (nice guy), he said it would go to the Boise PO tomorrow. So 4 days (didn't count Sunday) for order to be shipped. Now its up to the USPS which in my mind means either 2 days or 2 weeks...
