Most of you know me as Millie, the girl sending you all the emails from the site. I just wanted to let all of you know that we are working
through to get orders out. I understand that there are some negative feelings about our stock/inventory, and I can understand why there is frustration. I know that the website says that we have stock, what had happened was that when we did run low we were unable to change the site because our designer was out of town. That is why if you have noticed the EVO is not up on the site because we currently do not have EVO product to send out. We can now go on and change what is necessary on the site as stock, ect changes from day to day.
Those of you with EVO orders have received an email regarding this from me.
Anyways, I would like to answer your questions for you, and would be more then pleased to do so. I can be reached the fastest, and easiest through email, or phone.
I apologize to those of you who had USPS issues, we are still battling the USPS everyday with orders, ( I think the Boise office is overran by the amount that we bring in)
Tracking numbers: if you did not receive this information I can find it and send it to you. Some of these were not generated to your emails when the shipping was generated.
