Thats because they are being bombed with e-mails, call Mark like Noah and I have said. He can give you all the answers you need, along with a tracking number! But you may wanna wait till after your mail comes tomorrow as you may receive yours tomorrow as well ;) I ordered the blue pcc, which wasnt have any problems, the blacks were. Some people have stated they got the black with a note that said it would be replaced soon with another that the batt light works on.

I know, Nicole, but I called twice over the past 2 weeks and was told it was being shipped that day. I just didn't want to be told that a third time; it was getting old. I don't fault anyone for having problems or being snowed under. I ran a business for 4 years and know precisely how exasperating it can get. What has not been okay is not dealing with it straight on, telling customers who call what is really going on instead of making false promises, or communicating directly with customers instead of on a forum. Most people are only human too and would much rather know the truth of a bad situation than to assume the worst. Just my feelings.

WOW, really? Was it Mark that told you it was being shipped that day each time you called? I ask cause I believe he is the one that is actually in charge of the shipping. Anyone else, employee wise, most likely wouldn't know or have control over the shipping from what I gather.
I agree with you 100%, I would much rather just know, then be told empty promises :(

As far as the PCC's I'm just going by what Mark told me as well. He told me I was lucky I was one of the few who chose the blue pcc and they were testing out just fine. where as the black ones for some reason the charging light wasn't working on them.

I don't work for these folks, I'm just relaying what was told to me in hopes that it helps others. I am not a patient person myself, so this has been driving me nuts! I have to admit, as tight as money is, I have thought how much easier it would have been to just order from another supplier and pay the extra 15 bucks . But on the other hand, I have ordered from TW in the past and they took over a week to get products to me. Between processing and shipping time from Florida it takes around 9 days. USPS priority mail is a joke and seems to have gotten increasingly worse in the last several years 8-o I ordered my 401 from Litecig USA and all the USPA tracking would tell me from the day he shipped till it got to my front door was that is was being sorted in Jersey Shore, PA! I live in Nebraska BTW LOL
I'm just crossing my fingers for my mailman to bring me my 510 tomorrow!

What's more, the past two emails I sent asked directly for either a shipping confirmation or a refund. I prefer my product since I don't want to start this all over again, but both emails have been ignored. You know, if your business is slammed with email messages the ONLY way to deal with them is to sit down and start answering them one by one. There isn't any other way to deal with them (unless, of course, you decide it's too much and you delete--I do NOT recommend a business deal with email overload that way). No better way to incite customer ire than to be ignored. I dunno, I just dunno about this situation. It's reassuring to hear you are getting yours, though.

All right:

- Mark is the man in shipping and he is also the one making real time decisions on if the product he is sending out the door is working. No one else has the information he has, he makes those calls minute by minute. Product by product. If he pulls a PCC and it worked when he forst checked it, but was acting weird when he gave it a final run through then it is his call not to ship it. Currently we do not have a time efficient sytem of keeping exact track of what he has decided and not decided to send out the door. If it is not right (or as right as can be dealing with mass prodoced non-durable goods made in mass in China) then he won't send it. He has over 30 years doing this kind of thing and no one, not me or anyone else second guesses his decision.

If you want it straight from the horses mouth, then call Mark at 208-761-0895, you'll find a guy who want nothing more then to get you a product you are happy with.

- If we have failed to respond to an email, it was not intentionally. We respond to several hundred daily. There is a good chance a few slip through the cracks of spam filters or get buried in long threads of customer emails. Please forward any unreturned emails you have sent to:

noah@innovapor.com so I can personally find out why they have not been returned and fix the problem ASAP.

- As far as USPS goes. Absolute nightmare. No predictable pattern to why one package will zip to the destination in 2 days and another will take 8. I am absolutely fed up with Priotity mail and looking for alternatives. I have a lot of really PO customers going "better show up tommorow or else.." and honeslty we want nothing more for it to show up.

Very frustrating to work 18 hours a day killing oursleves to get packages out the door to have USPS take their sweet time delivering.

I haven't yet received a confirmation email from USPS and quite frankly I don't expect to get one. USPS is the worst with that!! I have ordered far too many things in the past where emails never arrived, arrived after I got the package or never changed status from the old "..we have been informed...blah blah blah"
Great prices on shipping but sucky service after they receive it....Our tax dollars hard at work! :p

Personally I would rather wait a week to get a known working product than get a defective one and have to wait for a replacement (that is SO irritating). It's like a company pushing buggy software out the door just to meet the deadline and then making everyone suffer until they push out a bug-fix :-x

Thanks to Mark for testing them before sending them out.

I SO agree with this, USPS is very frustrating, and it's not even a Zone issue as I have had two packages from the same place shipped at the same time come days apart (personal stuff, not from suppliers, so I know they were indeed shipped at the same time from the same place).

Just called mark to find out if my order was sent or not. Very nice guy. Guess my order had fell off the radar. But no worries I was told it would be out today. Thanks mark and noah for the hard work and making it easy to contact you. I suggest anyone that has shipping questions to give this guy a call. Good luck!

......For all the shipping issues the product is excellent. And is a week(or week and a half) really that long to wait? Remember mail order?
Just placed my second order.

I understand the point you are trying to drive home, newuser, but the e-cig business deals with a different breed of cat--first of all, the costly startup. If the wait is weeks, each day from the time of ordering, the addict must continue to feed The Beast to the tune of $6-$12 a day (depending on local costs of cigs & extent of addiction). If you're going to supply methadone to a ...... addict, better not run out or you're going to face a pretty cranky addict who won't give a rodent's bum about shipping woes.

You can also see the growing list of suppliers dropping off like flies as getting product from China is an iffy proposition. Supply far outweighs demand. Lucrative? You bet! Hence the growing list of suppliers. A pain in the ...? Has to be with dubious products from an origin country notorious for using toxins to cut corners for increased profits. If they contaminate toothpaste and pet food, why would they be concerned with the purity of a vaporizer? Smokers are not worthy of sympathy in the public eye. The whole burgeoning e-cig market hardly inspires customer confidence when you must send your money on faith across the Internet and just hope you aren't left broke & emptyhanded. Internet commerce requires a huge leap of faith to survive. Many have been left holding empty bags. Caveat emptor.

Lastly, on a personal note, I purchased a kit from a local merchant I've known for ages. It was expensive ($70) and a piece of useless junk. When it died within 48 hrs, I appealed to the seller and was told "gee, that's tough". Ordered $25 worth of e-juice and got it in 48 hrs. Quick decision to order from Innovapor based on the rave reviews on this forum & another 60 bucks--my last 60 bucks until my monthly part-time salary is deposited on August 1. Foolish to spend my money on that considering my budget? Not when you add up analog cost per day @ 8 bucks a pack. A 2 wk delay costs approx. $130 w/tax.

I would take it all in stride if I weren't coping with nicotine withdrawal and a lack of funds. I sold my gas grill this weekend to buy groceries. I normally have two jobs, but my educational contract work ran out July 1, so this is a dry spell that I was hoping to eke through until a new contract begins. Hence the e-cig purchase. Seemed like a good call at the time. So now I'm withdrawing from nicotine and I'm out $155 with no renewable resources. Sorta like having PMS only meaner.

So you can see why this situation cannot be likened to not getting those Birkies off Ebay as quickly as hoped. Sorry for the lengthy post, but it helps to vent when you're a smoker without smokes.

I actually used, or paid for, USPS on Friday via Millie (order number 650). I sent a follow up email (which replies were very fast from them) stating I paid but my order still states processing but I assume it was shipped accordingly? Just curious as this was my fault by not reading the point about emailing them about shipping charges.

I did send an email to Mark last night wondering what the deal was with my purchase and I have not gotten a response yet. I am just hoping that all is ok. Iron Eagle, you ordered around the same time as me so I am going on faith here that mine has shipped or will today. I dont want to harrass these guys and make their jobs more difficult. I just wish USPS would be a little easier to deal with and I wish they would get their act together!

Jonesin,

The status always says "processing" even after order has been shipped. Just the way their cart works.

Just received my order this morning, they threw in an extra bottle of ECO, so they are hooking us up. I think these guys will quickly earn our trust as a reliable professional vendor. I wish they carried more than ECO though, I like standard PG, would be cool if they had some.

Yaaah! :D Im very happy to hear you got yours today! As long as we keeping hearing others chime in a tell us their products made it to them, it gives the rest of us hope for our own orders :w00t:
I only wish my mail delivered earlier in the morning LOL

Me too! Now I have to wait until I get home from work to see "if" it was delivered, and "if" the package is still sitting in front of the door.

Maybe I will pop home at lunchtime to check, if it's there I will start charging my PCC so it's ready when I get home.
