InnoVapor Order And Shipping concerns

I only ordered last friday, but I'm starting to get really nervous. I ordered the $200 kit and wanted pcc's. Looking at the web site, I assumed that they had them in stock. Then sleephater posted the inventory and stock update thread and I again figured that I was all right. Until I read further down in that post that the pcc's would ship as soon as they reveived and tested them. And now after reading some of the stories that you guys have posted, I am really concerned.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that my 510 kit will show up by the end of the week, but I don't know. I really hope innovapor gets everything situated and running the way it should. They have some of the best deals on the 510.

i ordered a day before you did and again as you and lots of other i havent heard squat! i want to call and email, but should i really have to? i hate to rock the boat but i want my stuff!

I have the same feeling you do. I should not have to pester them! I don't WANT to pester them. But we should not have to call or email every day to find out a status. And product should not really take 4 or 5 days just to ship.

I don't want to be a pain in the ... because these folks have been pretty good and they offer great product at great prices, but like you, i just want my stuff.

you are so right!! i have been constantly looking at other sellers and nobody really compares to the products on innovapor. the more time that goes by i might just have to settle for something else just to get off analogs!8-o

I just think 5 days for something to ship is a bit long is all. From the other thread, Noah stated they were pretty much on top of all the shipping (a few days ago or maybe even yesterday morning.) I hope there is a light at the end of this tunnel cause it seems REALLY long.
Let me be clear...when I say 5 days to ship is long...I mean that it is long for something to make it to the carrier...I am NOT saying I should have had it by now. - Just a clarification

I feel for you all...I just got mine and ordered on 7/9 , but I gotta say, TW and Johnson creek aren't really any quicker in my experience and these guys have awesome product at a awesome price! Hang in there....your stuff will come!

When I talked to them yesterday my order (#553) still hadn't been shipped, so I'm inclined to believe they're still waiting for product until we hear something official from Noah. It seems they like to overstate their progress by a couple of days...or at least that is my experience so far.

I am not going to speak for the company, but I will tell you what Mark explained to me on the phone.

The PCCs for the 510s were ordered and in stock, they didn't sell product they didn't have. When they started shipping them out, they started getting calls back that one of the lights on them wasn't working (they still charged ok). They took 200 of them and tested them, and 54 of their test group had the light issue. They took this issue up with the makers and are getting replacement ones. Then they had to make the tough choice: hold up all the 510 orders with PCCs, or send them out? They decided to ship them with the bad PCCs, but got behind in shipping while they were testing their stock, getting replacement time estimates, etc.

Mark also included a letter in my order that I'll transcribe here (I hope this is ok to do, Innovapor guys):

Greetings,

This letter is to let yo know the Personal Charging Case you received today is only temporary and will be replaced as soon as we receive a replacement for it. It has been brought to our attention that the PCC's do not work properly. Upon inspection we have realized that the red light that indicates the battery is charging does not always light up with a batter is charging. They do charge the battery but the light does not consistently indicate that. We apologize for the delay in shipping your order and did not want to delay it any further. We will replace this PCC with a new one that functions correctly when we receive them.

I'm trying to say 'relax, they aren't holding up orders because of these bad PCC's, they got behind because of them'. They are including bonus stuff for the delay.

Also how can you be angry at a guy who has piano is his name? :p

finally: again, no i don't work in any capacity for these people nor know them beyond customer calls i've placed.

What if we didn't order one with a PCC? I underdstand they got behind, but yesterday or the day before they told everyone they were pretty well caught up on the shipping end.

im with you on that one. after watching the video on the site i decided that the pelican case looked alot sweeter, so i figured since switching to the 510 form the EVO and going with the pelican i would actually get my order. but again i dont want to rock the boat and pester them cuz i want my stuff asap! im still looking around though! and nothing comes close to what innovapor has!:confused:

Called AGAIN for my tracking number about 4 hr ago....Still no email. Just an update. Also I didn't order a PCC either with my 510 kit.

I dont need a number or anything..I just wanna know if it was sent out...Because youre number was a bit higher than mine I would assume that mine shipped as well..but because I cannot call at this point i have to rely on email and PMS and so far nothing.

Iron what did the site say when you checked the tracking number?

Never got a tracking number. Still waitig for the email. When I called monday and he looked up my order, mark sounded like "oh it didnt get sent out yet?" So who knows. If I already had a setup and have been vaping all along I wouldnt be HALF as impatient. But seeing how this is my first kit im spazzing out. On the bright side it looks like the order I placed with altsmoke.com on monday wil be arriving tomorrow! WOOHOO!
