Just an update....got the tracking number finally. Thanks millie. But it seems the package never made the post office. They simply printed the label on the 18th. Now it could just be the USPS horrible tracking or my order was never sent.

if it helps at all (and i totally understand your frustration) i got mine in the mail 2 days after i saw that message from the post office. the USPS never updated that status.
Here's hoping mine made it there as well since your order number is about 70 later than mine. If mine didn't get shipped (again), I think I may just go postal!
Eagle, I got the same message on the USPS site when I entered my tracking number, only my pkg was entered on July 16 (order # 450 & 463 ordered 7/9 and 7/10 but combined). I finally saw a change at the tracking site that said my package had left Boise on July 21 at 1:01 a.m...yes, that was today. I have NO idea why or how this happened, but having ordered on July 9th makes me feel pretty burnt out on this whole deal.
I highly recommend Parker at DietSmokes; he had product on my doorstep 48 hrs after I ordered! While it was only liquid to go with the 510 (that never arrived), his service is truly as good as it gets.
Hope you get something soon.
Wish I HAD a tracking number. I just want someone to say to me, " yes, your order has been shipped." Or even "No it hasn't been shipped and it wont be for another month." At least then I would know something. called Millie about 4 1/2 hours ago, no response yet.

Whats screwed up is your order was after mine.....and I can't get anyone tonight to give me any information. Did they mail you a tracking number (USPS????) This is getting a bit ridiculous if you ask me...and it doesn't seem they are here to answer any questions either.
I didn't get a tracking number until I called Mark. I guess that's the only way to get it. None of my emails were acknowledged and I think I'm invisible on this forum.
Seems the same here....how the hell can that be? We should not have to pester them for this information! What is the point in having an order number then???
Ok ill give you guys a rundown on how I made ANY progress. First I tried a few emails...ZERO response. Then I called mark to ask if my order was shipped. He sounded surprised it wasn't and assured me it would be sent out monday. I then sent another email, with no response about a tracking order. I then pm'ed noah on these forums. After that I called millie about my tracking number. She informed me that whoever set up their order/shipping software didnt program it to send tracking emails out, and that she would email me my tracking number. After awhile I got the email with my tracking number enclosed only to find that just the label was printed and my order hasnt made the post office yet.
So my suggestion...call them. Emails wont do. Posts on the forums wont do either. Just call. It will take all but 5 min. Granted im not any closer to getting my order but atleast I knew enough info to make other arrangements.

Problem is there are no other arrangements...all the places I have tried seem to be sold out!!!! And again...do we really need to call??? This is getting tiresome. Tomorrow will be 6 days since placing my order. Even if you take Saturday AND sunday out, product should at least make it to the shipper within 4 business days! If I had known there would be this many problems I would have at least tried to pay for express shipping or something...did they give you ANY idea as to what might be going on over there?
Finally got a tracking number for my original shipment....It says they were "informed" of the shipment on the 18th (I love the USPS...NOT)
According to Millie they have a ton to go out tomorrow if it has not already shipped. Apparently it is their biggest shipment ever which could mean problems for the PO in Boise!

How did you get your tracking number??? and what does that mean? WHO was informed of the shipment?
Electronic Shipping Info was received by USPS on the 18th around midnight.... I emailed innovapor@gmail.com (This seems to be the one they respond to the most.) and asked for status information.
Unfortunately, the way it works with USPS is in most cases it doesnt even tell you when it shipped. I am hoping that is still the case and mine might have been shipped today or yesterday...either way this is one hectic scene.
I just don't get it. Mark told me that the 600's would be shipping out today. I don't understand how the 18th comes into play. E-mailing now...
The 18th is when the postal service was notified that they would be receiving a package for delivery to a person. Its strange how the USPS does this...Its a system that doesnt work very well and can sometimes be deceiving.
i think this is going to make alot of customers happy and upset. here is to hoping mine and alot of others get their products!

Correct! Although nowadays USPS does do a better job of getting you information, it is not always up to date...I have received packages BEFORE it told me that they were even in my area.
