Integrated Power Supply for Atty Cleaning

i tried the cleaning with a Vodka soak, blow it out and it seems to work for the most part......however....i tinker.....and sometimes....i attempt crazy stuff even when it's against my better judgement.

anyhow....

i have a Pyramid Integrated Power supply i use to use to power a 1/32 scale slotcar track. it goes from 5 to 20 volts with no amp control.

i decided to see what vaping at 5volts was like. just making contact for no longer than 3 seconds i would get a good "red" glow going in the atty and just burn off the old doo doo. seems to work well.

the atty still works aside from the lame auto battery action it has.

this was tested on a BE-112 model.

very cool models!!!

yeah i use just a boiling water soak, then cool water rinse once the heat is off the first soak, and burnoff at 3.7. works great, so far.
