Ditto here Cos and SOE, the Octanes are cleaner and more preferable to 'standard' liquid. They are strong in nicotine, but in a different way than say a typical 24mg juice, as it doesn't make my head swim and more satisfying. Knowing Drew is keeping guard to ensure these are only top quality US ingredients gives added peace of mind.
The new Octane coffee flavors are very good as well.
Octane Cappucino which is similar to the HV Cafe Macciato - strong espresso and foam tasting. Personally I like this flavor mixed with French Vanilla Coffee to take the FVC sweetness down a notch, but thats a personal preference. It is a strong flavor and will stay in the atty for a while so I use a dedicated one for this flavor, good throat hit and vapor as with all Octanes I have tried so far.
Drews Houseblend - I really like this one, anyone who has roasted their own coffee beans will recognize the flavor as it is similar to a medium dark roast blend with a hint of smokiness at the end. Not so long ago there was a local roaster that we bought our coffee from, usually the same day it was roasted, and it was so much better than store-bought (which has usually sat for weeks or months losing flavor before making it to the store) and this Octane flavor is very similar to that. Nice throat hit and vapor, this one will be a regular for me.
Nice work Drew on these, glad to see the Octane line expanding. Any chance we'll see a 555 or Virginia in Octane?
