only thing that makes me abit paranoid is that the juice bottle is right next to the electronics. Idk how bad it would be to get juice on the board, but kinda scares me a bit. personally, i would prefer the box with juice/electronics to be the same size as the battery box for a bit of extra room and have a wall of some sort to block any stray juice. just my 2 cents.

There isn't any stray juice. I've yet to see any juice inside the box. Now I've flooded the atty and when I tilted the mod to vape, it may run out of the cup down the side... but that's my fault and easily wiped off.

this pv isn't getting near the volume of posts that I feel it deserves... heheh; i wouldn't post that if i didn't have my order in :)
But wow, i am drooling too about the new SgtIII... somehow i see it in shiny silver; dont know why... what color is it anyway?

Annodized aluminum? gives plenty of color options....
SS ? ... bullet proof.

I have been using the i06 still for a few days... sure seems like Iken LR's are perfect match... 1.8 Ohms at pretty low voltage giving tons of vapor and great flavor here. :) If anyone is wondering, the i06 works best on a bottom feeder imo, since it doesn't hold a lot of juice, and is a hog :)
I have a 3.5 HV yet to try and of course the 510 1.8 Ohm.
T(h)anks J....

what's the eta for III ?

Agree, I guess its form over function. Disheartening when you see the "Why I'm going back to smoking" threads, or "I give up" ones. Some really fantastic performing products out there, but they get buried under the pile of nooby spam. The ones that suffer are not people like me, with tons of mods, its that new guy trying ecigs for the first time. The budget limited people that save up for a mod then it turns out to be a waste of money. Lots of them don't even ask for help, they just dump their PV and go back to smoking.

Lots of people have asked me about e-cigs over this last year. I keep a bag full of drip tips I bought from china in my toolbox at work so people can try whatever I am vaping at the time. I still grin when they almost fall over coughing and I tell them "Turn the voltage down, told you these are not toys!". Its almost a crusade to see people saved from cigs now, and I can gaurantee anyone I meet I can find a PV or mix a juice that will make walking away from cigs a cakewalk. I find it my greatest joy to share a fantastic mod with people, especially current vaporheads. I love the PMs from people happy about whatever I recommend.

"What are you smoking???" ---- I'm not smoking, I'm vaping.
"Where did you get that?????"--- friend I made on ECF custom made this for me. Its the VV Army Tank
"Does it work?????"--- I went from 3 packs a day to 0, and havn't smoked a cig in over a year. Want to try it, I got these
brand new tips, you can have one, I just ask that you don't vomit vapor back into my Atty 8)

Times like these, function will nuke form 8)

Plz dont flame me for not reading every post =) I am interested in getting one, I need to know if the first post is edited to update your current product or do i need to scan the posts to see whats new? or if you are even still in business?

I dont wanna dump money into a website knowing I'm sending money to china for one, and also don't wanna buy something when you are about to release an updated version. Definitely looking for a homegrown purchase, I've only been in the hobby for about a week, and my first job in the army was a M1Abrams tank mechanic lol. Now I'm a helicopter mechanic, but I like tanks too... but the parts all weighed 9,000 pounds.
I digress..
If your still in business, I may have some noob questions to ask to get me rolling. Thanks!

jmarkus is making V2 now; and it's a slight improvement as the internal tech is cooler (less heat) ... V3 is a metal body coming out next... just pm him.
as a newb, you will take a giant step forward with this pv... and it is about as easy as it gets.. just ask here or to jmarkus.

Only change was too a new regulator. Its a switching reg instead of a linear. This means almost 0 heat produced and greater battery life. Price increased 10 bucks to cover the more expensive regulator. I have one of each and love them both. The switching reg really shines on high voltage vaping. Both regulators will run dual coil attys and cartos over 5 volts. I've been vaping a dual coil bulli a2 on it for a week now and lovin the combo!

We have all been cheering J on to produce a metal version, but it is no easy task. No eta on when it will be made but the opportunity exists to get a fantastic performing vv bottomfeeder at a much lower price then the future metal one would be. The current plastic one is light enough to wear on a lanyard.

Might have been some other changes along the way, but I don't think anything major other than the regulator.

J is still in "business", but I have come to know him more as my "custom uber mod building friend" more so than just another e cig shop. Maybe someday he will mass produce something, but as of right now he seems to mostly just help those of us with no mod building skills and we pay him some token PayPal cash for his efforts :) there are lots of modders out there, but they mostly just post pics of their cool mods. J doesn't just post pics, he lets us get one too! I have never given a tip when buying a mod, I try to tip J for building me my favorite mod.

thanks so much for helping me find this donnah...here you go Un-Loco:

hey folks, a little news about pricing and spec changes.

i finally went through my final batch of linear regulators and will no longer be purchasing those. i've been testing out the new version of the tank with a much more efficient switching regulator for the last 3-4 weeks. there's absolutely no heat off the new chip and a rough estimate of about 30-40% more battery life. adjustable voltage output on the new chip is 3.5v~6.0v's. im still waiting on some feedback from a friend about dual coils and other finer details.

price for the new SGT VV II is $100 even
optional volt meter $15
first class shipping with delivery confirmation and tracking CONUS $3
buyer pays paypal fees

thanks so much for everyone that supported SGT VV I! II is a nice little upgrade and III will be the metal version. i should have some cad renderings shortly of III as i've gotten some requests to see the progress.

all orders i received before this post are still under the old specs and pricing.

ten-hut!

got my replacements (wrong ones again) 2 days ago. They never answered any of my emails either, just sent replacements. My new Vmod still leaks also. So in total I wasted $80 bucks with this company, and they will not get another dime. They wanted the leaking Vmod returned, and I asked them to send a pre-paid envelope. They never sent that either...

I even got some hate PMs from someone because I posted pics of my leaky Vmod with new chassis and seals installed. Starting to become clear how that thread got too 200 pages even though it is a POS.

The hybrids are cool on the Army Tank, but not worth the hassle. There are many other solid performers out there: I06s are great.

Actually, the Vmod is really fine...till it leaks. I also got my replacement chasis, but they forgot to include the replacement atties they said they would, and the new chasis managed to kill the plastic bottles (yeah, rough bottle thread and misplaced in the plastic made it for a leaky bottle killer)
I too am tired of wasting time and putting faith in Vapage. They might have somewhat nice products, but they lack the skills to just send whatever they're supposed to send, and even then there's a good chance it's defective.
Right now, i really liked the one working atty i had, and was planning on using the new revision once i got confirmation that they don't have laughable coils left and right, but if there's an alternative, i'm willing to look into it just to not have to deal with them.
