Hey pebo just wanted to throw my two cents in. 306LRs work great in my opinion but if you dont have any it might be worth your while to get some 2.5 or 3ohm 510s. This will allow you to have more range with your atomizer, and you will have a choice between a cool or a warm vape. I am going through a 306 phase myself, and they work really well with a bottom feeder imo. And I agree with you guys about the looks thing. As long as it vapes great doesnt matter the look. Just made me chuckle a bit to see that huge tank on there. I wish I had one for my army tank Im sure the vape is pristine.

:p I got one ordered, 4-5 weeks
But my Christmas is coming EARLY
Can't wait :pop:
I was gonna wait for the VV Reo's that are suppose to be
in the making, but I like the "Tank"
Besides EVERYONE seems to have a Reo, Not everyone
has a "TANK" :vapor:
What are the best carto's for it? IYO
iatty? I have been keeping up with this thread so I may
need to reread it cause I think that was discussed already.
Any new up to date info on these?

I agree Creniker, I will use up my lr's and then order some 2.5's and run them at higher voltages. My understanding is that lr's should not be run over 4.5 volts while 2.5's would increase the voltage range up to 6v's. Am I correct in this assumption?

Pretty much. I'm a wimp and 4.2 on some lr's is as high as I'll go. You can use ohms law to calculate your wattage, and most people like there watts to be in the 7-10 range, 7 being slightly low for a lot of people, and 10 being to hot for some people. I like around 7.5 to 8, better flavor the majority of the time. Though you'll find if you have a juice with a mix of flavors different flavors in the juice come out more depending on you wattage. Do you have a voltmeter? Its not 100% necessary, I just barely got one, but it makes finding your correct volts easier.

Is the wait really up to 4-5 weeks? If it is, it's 100% worth it man. I don't use any other mod besides this, and a homemade 14500 2 x AA box for quick errands. You won't be disappointed in the quality fer sures. I think I have review back a ways. Its not a pro review by any means, but I feel it gives a accurate pic of the army tank.

I have a problem with my Sgt VV Tank. The magnet came loose from the piece in the battery side of the mod. Both magnets were on the door. I was using a rubber band to keep it closed. I decided to fix it with a bit of super glue. As I was trying to place the magnet, it jumped out of my fingers, and is now stuck near the on/off switch, making it unable to turn off the mod. Any advice as to what I can do?

Hey there. This has happened to me also and I grabbed iit with tweezers and put it back in place with krazy glue.

I was told by J, that mine would be 4 weeks. Im really hoping that as he completes the mods and starts to run down the list of orders that people start to "flake out" and cancel so that my wait time is shortened. I really cant wait to try this!

Having a leaking issue j! oh no! its leaking from the underneath the catch cup near where the two boxes are joined. i see wetness along the crack where the boxes are connected and it pools up on the desk. not sure how this happened, but the catch cup is loose and wiggly. btw, it just started doing this yesterday. it worked perfectly for a couple weeks since i got it. awesome mod tho, just need to get it sealed back up.

for those that have never used a bottom feed (not that it's you ken of course) just a note that one needs to be careful not to over feed of course. If it overuns the catch cup (which is really small) of course it's gonna leak down... and not that that's the issue here. just saying

I have been marvelling that i don't get any leaks inside the bottle compartment and think jmarkus has done some fine engineering there. Of course it takes a while to really prove these things out... and see his note about bottle refilling.

If i were noob, i wouldn't be swayed by all the whacky tanks, rebuildables (iatty etc) that folks are using and posting pics of... this is a bottom feeder! the photos are the exceptions to the norm!

I'd start with a conventional SR 510 ... 2.4 Ohm +/- ... that way you get to play with the most wide range of voltages and get familiar with feeding... the key to bf'ing is similar to dripping ... getting just the right anount of juice in the atty. TOo much is bad, too little is bad. Basic vaporizing 101.
