I have been eyeballing this mod but the one thing that keeps me from purchasing is the lack of a flat top option as I use only tanks on tube mods and I like them to sit flush. If you offer a flat top option I would be all over this mod
Then keep your eye on it... Steve mentioned that he has an integrated tank option coming at some point for it... there hasn't been an ETA yet since it is still in development.

That depends on which Legacy you are getting and if you plan to use the Kick or not...

Standard Legacy w/o Extention & with Kick - AW IMR 18490 1100mah Li-Ion Battery
Standard Legacy with Extention & with Kick - AW IMR 18650 2000mah Li-Ion Battery
So you have a lot of possible configurations and it depends on which one you select as to what may be best for you. If you plan to use the Kick at some point in the future... get the AM IMR types no matter what so you have something that can handle high drain output.

Thanks randy, not getting a kick anytime soon. As I cannot find one. I was planning on these "AW IMR 18650 2000mah Li-Ion Battery". As I've never even heard of Tenergy batteries. Oh and I'm ordering the Standard.

It actually surprised me. With the 18490 (kicked) it should last 1/2 to 3/4 of the day...depending on how heavy you vape. It seems to me to last as long as the Provari with an 18490. As a matter of fact, I'm vaping my Legacy right now, with my Provari sitting all alone.

So how long was the battery life with a kicked 18490?
I really do think for the price point, you cant go wrong...and if you have a kick...it is that much better. Right now, I would have to say that a Legacy coupled with a kick is hard to beat. Stainless steel, all mechanical, I love the aesthetics, and feel...when it's kicked...you get a kick in the .... with satisfying vapor!

TUC I have to agree with you. I have three Provari's sitting here looking at me while I vape my kicked Legacy! Used it with the extension and an 18650 today but I much prefer the size and feel using an 18490 without the extension. Like Big Fran says, it just works!
I agree with you Pete...plus...I have tanks with various Ohm cartomizers and flavors. With this set up, I just unscrew one tank and screw another one on...without having to make ANY adjustments.

Ya im totally sold on one..
You can always get the extension sleeve later...if you feel you still need one. This is an awesome setup, especially for the price point.
So after having a couple days with my Mini plus extension plus kick I thought I would add to this thread. Battery life isnt fantastic ( I hope to get another extension that will work with the current one soon) but the vape is. I set the kick to 10 watts, but it was kicking my ...., so I lowered it to 8, and man is it heaven. Love my legacy SO much. And with a kick I cant imagine a better set up.
