Thanks, I had seen that earlier. Just curious if it was a larger issue.

Reminds me of when I put together comps, some folks get their identities tied up with their gadgets.
Unfortunate when they throw newbies into "Lamborginis" when they just need simple A to B transportation.

Yep. I'm a computer tech and have built all my own computers myself since 1995. But when someone who isn't a computer tech asks me what they should get for a computer, I don't send them to Newegg with a grocery list a of parts. I tell them to get something from Best buy. They work well out of the box, have good warranty policies, decent service and are all a typical user needs.

Similarly, I always recommend SI stuff to anyone who doesn't want to dig into Ohms, voltages, rebuildable attys and all the other stuff you can get with Ecigs. SI stuff works great out of the box, has good warranty policies, good service, great prices and that's all a typical E-Cig user needs.

I think you are the first problem from the new batch...so unfortunately just bad luck I think :(
This is a shame, my new x2 battery already konked out...just got it on Thursday. thankfully have a backup x2 battery. It seems the battery will charge but will not work now. The button will not light up and I get no power or vape from it. Anyone else have this issue?

just as an update, I shook the broken battery and now it works...

Could be the top battery terminal was pressed down too hard. Shaking it may help but if it is, you could also use a paper clip or another thin sturdy item to sort of wiggle the battery terminal upward to raise it's contact area.

JENerationX - that's basically my exact experience!

I don't remember reading or seeing this anywhere - will the X2's light start blinking when the battery gets low? So far, it's lasted 69.5 hours:)

Gesh! My 1300 lasts less than 10 hours between charges  The light around the button should blink right before the battery is drained... Not sure about the auto.

I use 24mg on a 1300. Now 74.5 hours.:D 4.4+ml's during that time. If I did that much in 10 hours, I think my heart would hate me. lol

It's an auto, so the blue stealth light will blink when low, right?

Yep. I usually have my cap on.... so I'll be puffing away and then get hardly any vapor. I unscrew the cap, hold the light near my hand or pull my mirror down if I'm in the car so I can see the end... and it'll be blinking.

There's really no drop off in performance in these, so you won't notice that it's dying or getting weaker. It'll just go from fantastic to dead in about 2 puffs.

Yep, I finally got the blinking light last night at 3:30am. I lost vapor shortly beforehand, and had to cup my hands around the light to see it. I made it to 81 hours. If I slept like doctors recommend, it might last me 5-6 days. lol Nice!

Edit to add:
We have a very limited number that should be coming in on Monday night...then there should be a complete restocking in a week.

Unfortunately the production time on these is quite long, but in about 3-4 weeks we will be adding blue and purple with the rubberized finish :).

That was on April 29th. I guess within the next couple weeks. I'm sure she'll let us know in the inventory thread.
