IPv2 Falling Apart

Has anyone else had issues with their IPv2?

The 510 connector is lose and has come out a couple of times, exposing all of the wires. The charging port will not charge unless you bend the wire a certain way to apply pressure to one side of the port. It's all scratched up from what I guess is my keys and the box being exposed to each other in my pocket? It's in rough shape and I've only had it a month or two.

Has this happened to anyone else? I don't treat my vaping stuff wrecklessly. I take care of my toys, but an occasional fall isn't incomprehensible. Considering it's price tag, I'm a little bummed out.

I'll admit mine has taken some hard falls at least 3 times and outside of the expected cosmetic damage it has none of the issues you mention.

I did have my power down button get jammed, but it turned out it was because it got jammed up with dried juice (easy fix).

The box itself is Def on the shoddy side.

Perhaps it's time to call in that 1 year warranty?

The finish flat out sucks though. Mine is scratched all to hell and I don't usually let it cohabitate with anything else in my pocket. But, it doesn't bother me a great deal. I didn't buy it to be a show peice. I briefly considered wrapping it but then decided I really didn't care enough to drop $18 on a jwrap.

LOL, tell me about it , those wraps are outrageously priced , i can't believe people pay that to be honest.

just sand it down and polish it. It is aluminum, and then if you ever mess it up, just re-sand and re-polish.

Out of curiosity what version was it? v1 or v2? Sounds like you get the joy of dealing with Asmods.
