I have seen this happen to a few ppl the last couple days. My impression is that it is sent after a miscommunication after an inquiry is made as to when it will ship.

Doh! I was beaten to it, and by a professional. It's taken me since I last posted until now to finally get mine on YouTube - I had to make a number of edits, and then YouTube took literally 6 hours to process it

Anyway, as you'll see from the title, I am afraid I have experienced the first hardware issues. They resolved, and it is still vaping fine, but I did experience them.

Apparently P4U only shipped out a total of 2000 units on the 28th, so back to the waiting game.
I didn't send them any inquiry, unless you mean an inquiry between GB and P4Y. Doesn't matter though they've already refunded me in paypal so I'll just get one locally when they arrive.
I just woke up to this from gearbest. I never even emailed them before. But upon searching these numbers they are referring to black and silver ipv4 when I search. What is funny is the free gift they are offering. A silicone sleeve to a device I don't even own.

Looks like mine shipped today from MVS. Maybe I'll get lucky and get it by Saturday. It's only traveling from Queens to the Bronx but you never know with the post office. SMH But this is good news though...maybe retailers got their second shipments today.
Here's an email I received from Vapor Tek this afternoon, quite interesting to say the least!
"We really thought all of you would enjoy the drama between P4You and Yihi! We have some really good customers that have privy to a lot of information! We wonder what network will take this an run with it and claim they are the first to know. There is drama in the USA and there is drama in China!!
This is not edited AT ALL!! This is direct from our best customer and advisor!! You know who you are JB!! The gentleman that sent this to us is by far the most knowledgeable person we know in regards to hardware!
An interesting bit of China behind the seen (sic), drama.
Pioneer4U showed the IPv4 in late January with the YiHi 330 chip, but because of miscalculated popularity of the ipv mini, Pionneer4U, and bad production planning + greed, IPv4 production was greatly delayed, to make up for there (sic) mistakes (and lies) they the promised the IPv4 will include, temp control, with the yet unreleased YiHi 330 J (temp control chip) but YiHi, purposely delayed production and delivery on the sx330 J so that YiHi own SX mini M class mod with the SX350 J ( temp controlled chip) mod would have the market to itself ( because the temp control programming software is identical, between, 330J-350J)
So the reason the IPv4 is so late is a festival of lies and drama between Pioneer, and YiHi, and detrimentally effecting everyone who believed the original bs,
Is the IPv4 (330J) temp controls any good? Well yes, very good in fact, anyone who has used the SX mini M class (350J) already knows it's better than Evolv, it's that good, and don't take my word, PBusardo thumbed the original Evolv dna40, no/down!,
then after extensively testing, thumb upped, the SX mini M class, his quote was, "if this (SX mini M-350J) was the first temp control I ever used, I would of approved of it" { heavily paraphrased} {quoted from the second half of the SX mini M class (350J), review, that got way fewer views}
A interesting side note, YiHi temp control, locks on a resistance of the nickel coils, the very newest issue of the Evolv dna40 now offers there version of this locking feature."

in my experience, MVS orders are received next day when priority shipping is selected. i'm in manhattan but i can't imagine it's different for any of the five boroughs, hope you get yours soon!
Out of curiosity, how long ago did you preorder through them?

TheBloke's video is interesting in the fact that apparently he doesn't realize that the battery strap goes UNDER both batteries so a little tab is left hanging out.
That's so you are able to easily pull out both batteries. This has been done with batteries for decades on electronic devices.

For those who pre-ordered from Vaporizerchief, they claim that they have tracking for their shipment and will be able to fulfill all orders made before today. The exact note is:
*4/30 UPDATE: We have tracking confirmation that our order has been shipped from overseas and is estimated to be delivered by Monday. All pre-orders up until today will be part of our first batch going out right away. If you have an order placed already, you will be receiving an email with your tracking number by 5/4 the latest. If you have not purchased yet and plan on doing so, your order will now be part of our 2nd batch. Estimated release date for our 2nd batch is 5/11.

Which seems to contradict their claims of being in the group of priority vendors since there are other vendors claiming to have already received their second larger batch that will be shipping before Vaporizerchief even receives theirs.
Almost exactly a month ago, April, 2. I'm actually getting it today...they overnighted it, they used priority mail 1-day. That was nice of them
If anyone needs one of these quickly this guy has them in stock and does priority shipping (I think its free the shipping, mine was). I ordered yesterday and tracking from CA to TN shows delivery tomorrow.
