The following is the warranty information regarding Pioneer4You and YiHi SXmini devices sold into North America. For all other brands please contact your seller directly. KMG Imports, LLC, (DBA KMG Wholesales) provides limited warranty support for all Pioneer4You iPV products sold in the United States and Canada.
This warranty does cover manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and/or materials. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase for a total period of
six months, or
three months depending on your model, with original receipt. If the product fails due to a manufacturer’s defect, and is still within the warranty period from the date of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace the product for you at no charge for the repair and/or replacement services.
This warranty does NOT cover atomizers, batteries, chargers, drip tips, or any other accessories on the device itself. The warranty does not cover misuse or improper maintenance, including but not limited to: water damage, juice damage, unauthorized modification or customization of the original device, accidental loss of or damage to the device and/or its internal components. Stripped threads and damage to the finish of the product are also not covered in the warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: The cost of shipping the device TO AND FROM our returns center are NOT covered, and is the sole expense of the customer BOTH ways. It is recommended to use a shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS that provide a tracking number and delivery confirmation to ensure the shipment’s safe delivery. KMG is not responsible for any lost packages, mis-labeled addresses, or any other logistic issues due to shipping.
Include the following documents along with your unit or we will not be able to process you repair/return:
(1) Copy of your
purchase receipt or invoice from your original purchase.
(2) After completing the Customer Information Form below you will receive a
Return Authorization email. Please
add the email Service@KMG-Import.com to your trusted email addresses so that it is not rejected by your spam filter. Also, please
print the RMA form you receive and include it with your return.
(3) A
return shipping label pre-purchased by the customer to be used to ship back the return either through
USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. This label should be addressed to the customer’s address and sent from the KMG returns address provided below. Failure to provide a label will result in being contacted with a request for shipping payment. Default return shipping method is USPS Priority shipping.
