The nanny state agenda belongs to one party.
And that's another load. Politicians from BOTH sides of the aisle are chipping away at our freedoms in the name of "protecting" the people or "protecting" the morality of society. It all amounts to the same thing for us. We get suffocated by laws that dictate what we can do, what we can say, when and where we can do it or say it, what we can choose about our own bodies....the list goes on and on.
You can opt to vilify one side for their "nanny" ways but you're being shortsighted if you don't recognize the other side for their part in restricting our rights as supposedly free citizens in a supposedly free country.
The divisiveness is patently ridiculous and is destroying our country. Our team is better than YOUR team blah blah blah.
I got news for you, it's not liberals against conservatives...it's us against THEM, the ruling party that is in the deep pockets of the corporate world.
