Is anyone willing to write content for an e-cigarette e-zine?

I really would like to start an online magazine for e-cigarettes. The forum has so many people that it is hard to find the good posts. I figure that if we had a online magazine delivered every week, bi-monthly, or monthly it would provide e-cig users with useful info.
