Is cutting down 50mg PEG400 nic base with Plain PG to 10mg/ml a good idea ?

Hi Vetrans/Experts,

I recently bought a nic base of 50mg/ml strength and want to cut it down to 10mg/ml but the issue is i only have PG and VG with me, this is a great example why one should not order online, after having drinks lol.

So my question to you guys/gals is, Is there anyone who has tried cutting down Nic level for DIY purpose using PG/VG with PEG400. Is it safe?

I have protective gloves and safety glasses and i shall do the mixing in a well-ventilated area.

What is PEG400?

You can definitely cut the 50mg down to 10mg by cutting it with PG/VG. Shake it up to get it mixed well and vape. 10ml of nic base to 40 ml of PG/VG.

Short version. PEG generally not tested well and can contain DEG. Its been discussed quite a bit in the past. Most dont use it anymore.

not sure why you want to cut it to a low number. if you're going to use it to mix favors your end result will be a very low nic percent. if you have an liquid calculator, plug in your recipes and see how it comes out. good luck

I get your point john, its not the ratios i am worried about. i am just worried about using PG and PEG together. thats it.
