Additionally, we would be happy to send you some replacements to make up for the misses in your previous box. All I'll need is a little more information about the liquids you disliked, as well as any requests you may have for the replacements.

We make note of all customer feedback on your account so that your curator can see any comments you have during the curation process. In addition, if you want to hop on the phone with your curator I can schedule a time for them to call you! All you have to do is shoot us an email with a telephone number and time that works for you! Finally, the easiest way to reach your curator with feedback is to go to comments section on your flavor profile and add any likes, dislikes and general feedback, including special requests!
