Is CV really as good as reviewers make it out to be?

Only one box down myself, but I've had a really good experience so far. I can't really speak for them so much, given what little experience I've had with them so far, but from comments I've seen around teh interwebs, I'd suggest that you call/e-mail them and flesh out some of the specifics of your flavor profile, and they'll pretty likely hear you out and take your specific tastes into consideration with your next box (unless it's already in transit). Best I can tell, they really do pay attention. They can only work with what they have on hand, but they've got a lot of different flavors to work with....should be able to find plenty to satisfy what you're looking for, just may take more specific info from you than what they can get from the basic point-and-click profile.

Hey, thank you for that response. I'm fairly new to tapatalk and this thread and didn't realize I had a response...anyways, I have spoken to someone thru email, not exactly sure whom. But the thing that irritated me with my first box is my curator showed no regard to even read my VERY DETAILED description of my likes, dislikes and what exactly I was looking for..it was bluntly obvious that my description was disregarded. However, notes have been added and I've let craft vapery know how I truly felt about there services..not once did this person whom responded to me ever mention anything about any replacements, I would have loved to send 4 of them back..honestly upon opening I felt like sending the whole box back after reading the description cards..2 of the juices were awesome but the others were not what I was looking forward to nor what I'm into. Getting some replacements would be a nice and kind gesture.

However, I did decide to stick around for my 2nd month. My curator has changed, ( I believe). Roxy this month, and within my first minute of viewing my box I could tell how much more effort she put into reading my details..I've only tried 1 bottle ( alpha sweet tooth) and its great..the rest of the bottles fit my profile and I couldn't be happier with first impressions for this months box, however last month still has me thinking. What if I get that other curator again? Forget her name, gotta find the card if I have it.. Roxy did a great job, and I imagine any notes I added for her would get read..on the other hand, with my last curator I don't believe they'd be acknowledged. If I could I'd lock in with roxy as my curator..paying attention to detail goes far with me, and she nailed it.
As far as the info and misses from my last box, I'll have to look at my cards to remember the names as I gave away a few bottles. Any other info needed just ask and I'll respond tomorrow or whenever I've seen you respond.

No I haven't received my 2nd box yet, just got my first one about a week and half ago. Cadie put it together. I really didn't mess with the comment section as far as specifying anything in words about my flavor preferences, so I have to say I was pretty impressed that the flavors came together so well. Almost perfect, actually. But I did go ahead today and added some specifics, so we'll see how that goes....hope I didn't make things too complicated.
Good to hear your 2nd box came out better than last time. What kind of juices did you get this time vs. last time?

I am very glad to hear that your second box was more up to the CRAFT VAPERY standard than your first box, and that it seemed to be an overall much better experience for you. In regards to replacing some of the misses from your first box, if it's not too much trouble I would love to have you reach out to care@craftvapery.com so we can have a CRAFT CARE specialist take a closer look into your account to find out where the disconnect was. I am glad to hear you were able to call in and get some notes added to your account -- which sounded like it helped with this second box -- but I apologize for the initial disconnect and we would love to get you replacements for the juices that were completely outside your profile from your first box. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
