Is epoxy safe with liquids?

One of my favorite RBAs came apart slighty. I fixed it with JB Steelstik. Unfortunately, it's inside the tank, where it will be in almost constant contact with the juice.

Is it gonna be ok? The epoxy is rated to be safe for foods, but I'm not sure if nic liquid qualifies as a food

Maybe but who can tell... If there were a chemical reaction it could be quite toxic.
You might be able to use an aquarium rated silicone. (found at larger pet stores)
I have fixed busted protanks with the stuff before.

I would be more worried about the heat resistance. I'm not sure what it's rated at but over time it might weaken and degrade with heat

It's holding the top of the Taifun chimney in place, so there should not be noticeable heat there.

Oh my mistake. For some reason I took it that it was holding up something near the coils

For what its worth, depending on the type of epoxy you may actually find that e-liquid breaks it down and it becomes basically rubbery useless material. I secured a 1/8" aluminum base plate to the top of a bottom feed box mod with some 4500psi metallic permatex epoxy(which I have used countless times before in other applications) and to my surprise because there was a gap where e-liquid could sit in constant contact with the epoxy it completely broke it down over about a month of time, basically turning it into something like a dried rtv sealant would resemble.
