Been using one manufacturers atomisers (No names yet) and all was well for several months. Ordered 2 more and thay died in 2-3 days. 2 replacements ditto.
Ordered a kit from another manufacturer and after 2-3 days atomiser function is down about 30%.
Could I be doing something wrong although I have not altered my e smoking habits apart from dripping into the cart.
Could dripping be affecting the atomisers?

How much are you filling the carts, and are you either rinsing them or replacing them once in a while? If you use the same cart over and over again, the little strands of fiber start to stick together and the transfer of liquid diminishes, BY A LOT! So, my guess would either be that OR you are filling to much leaving a puddle sit on top and then accidentally flooding the atomizer once in a while...

my $.02 cents :)

It sounds like 1 of two things is happening.. You are either flooding the atomizers or smoking them dry, if there isnt enough liquid in the atomizer its possible to cook it.... Of course I cold totally be wrong...

Cash's advice is also right on the money.. I usually use the same cart for about 3 to 4 days and then chuck it...

Whoa. DSE901. I can use 2 carts a day. They dont run out totally - they just get to the point they dont work so well. I save them and squeeze out the last drop or two, but it really is only a drop or two.

Am I smoking to much?

Not really, Cash is talking about refilling the carts with liquid (much cheaper) I used to go through about 5 carts a day before I started refilling.

What I meant is that I top the same cartridge up and reuse the same one for 3 or 4 days.

Most people use around 2ml per day of eliquid. There is about 0.3-0.5ml in a 901 cartridge so you're not using a lot.

I've got a quick question for you, Kate, and I hope this doesn't derail this discussion. Also, I'm sure this question has been asked before, but after a bit of searching I wasn't able to find an answer.

When I buy some 24mg-level liquid from, say, PureSmoker.com, what does 24mg actually mean? 24mg per...bottle? Drop? ml?

My brother, knowing the potency of nicotine, is concerned about the little bottles of nic-liquid I carry around with me. I've been drip smoking for awhile now with no adverse effects, so I'm not worried, but I would like to be able to tell my brother how much nicotine, in mg, I'm carting around all the time.
