Is it possible to convert 70/30 DIY to 50/50?

I have made 250ml DIY 70/30 .. While i wanted to do it 50/50 as its a tobacco and doesnt need too much vapor.. Is it possible ? Would that affect flavoring?

Of course adding only one ingredient will change the ratio of all the others including flavor & nicotine.
For the easiest math, you could make another 250ml recipe at 30/70 and mix the 2 batches.
