Is it worth paying for a guarantee?

Is it worth paying for a guarantee?

  • Guarantees are worth it

  • Guarantees are not worth it

  • I don't think either is a better or worse option

kimmie, Steve at Puresmoker has been so fair, helpful & honest with me that I just want to do the same. If it had been a recent purchase (like those 4 hole atomizers) that went belly-up, yes I would've contacted him.

But these were ones I bought a couple months ago, surely past his warranty period. And it was only 2 out of a fistful of the things...for 10 bucks each, I'm positive I got my use out of 'em!

(For the record, I really do try my best to maintain these things though; I let them drain overnight, wash in vinegar & blow-dry if they get a bad taste, etc.; I'm not a cheapskate but I'm not exactly rolling in it either...)

My experience is very similar to yours. I purchased a couple of njoy's at the beginning because they were being sold by my local tobacco store, the warranty was good, and I had no knowledge of other products.

I found this website, tried some of the other products and while I have no complaints regarding njoy's customer service or overall quality of the product, I have to agree that it's a hassle sending them back when they fail, and fail they will. (I've sent back 3 since July.)

Also like you, I've purchased some extra atomizers from Cash and I agree the performance on those put the njoy's to shame. (I just prefer the easier draw on the 4-hole atomizers.)
