Yes. :)

It comes with a charger, but not a mains adapter. I use a dedicated 500mAh (max) ecig mains adapter.
You could use a general mains usb, but for £4, why risk it.

A lady did burn down her house using an iPad mains adapter/charger recently.

Well, that's a definite "maybe". The full size iPad adapters are 10w and 12w. The 10w one I have is rated at 2.1A (2100mA). Four times the capacity of a 500mA adapter. I just checked Apple's site and there are iPad mini chargers that are rated at 5w (here actually: iPad: Charging the battery) but even those seem to have a 1A output (1000mA). And if I'm not mistaken, the three prong one is UK style? If memory serves, the round, two prong is EU standard?

The Innokin MVP wall adapter looks to be rated at 1A. An iPad wall adapter should coast along at that level without a hitch (iPad batteries are in the many thousands of mAh... the 2 is around 7Ah or 7,000mAh, the 3 and 4 are 11Ah or 11,000mAh... far more than just about every vape unit out there).

There are, however, counterfeits out there. Or cheap knock off "look alike" units that should be avoided. Maybe she had one of those?

USB is standardized so you can use any number of wall adapters but you should check the output rating and stay above 1A. Also, don't buy junk. And, if you have any doubt, just buy brand name Innokin from a reputable vendor.
