I know the little tube which came with my REO is for the issue of self-wicking and I a believe I am having that particular issue. If so, what do I do with the little dofunny to make it stop?

Stick it in the end of your juice feed tube. BTW it's self squonking not wicking. I was like yeah it can wick it's self WOOHOO I need one of those. JK of course.
Well then maybe I don't have an issue. The vape seems very wet (I am not completely opposed to this) and I can get 8-10 good vapes from a single squonk. Does this seem like self-squonking to you?
Whats your PG/VG ratio and is it hot in Texas right now? The hotter liquid gets, itll auto feed especially if it is PG heavy.

Yes, but it a whole lot cooler in the office and in the house, where I spend most of my time. My PG/VG right now is 40/60.
I would check your bottle cap o ring while your at it if its to tight to lose or misaligned these type of problems can happen
Is it hot in Texas? The 90's is our spring. It'll be 100+ for the next 3 months.
If you are using a rba, you can usually tell if its a problem with the bottle o-ring or bottle being too tight. Just screw the cap off the rba so you can see and sqounk the bottle. If the juice drains back into the bottle immediately, then its probably not an o-ring problem and maybe not a problem at all. If the juice lingers in the drain hole, then your bottle is not able to breathe properly.
I speak from experience because I'm really lazy about cleaning my REO's and they eventually get finicky in the manner you describe.

Gave everything a good cleaning and it is back to working fine. Laziness on my part no doubt.
