I use vanda in my mini vivi novas with no issues. It is a thick juice, so you have to twirl the juice around to fully saturate it. Also, take a few dry sucks when the tank isnt on the battery, and that will ensure the juice goes up into the wick. I do this with no issues. That O ring in the pic shouldnt even touch the juice if that is the bottom. It could just be a malfunction. Do you need that ring, cuz sometimes they work without them.

It is thick, but I love it. Try a few drops of distilled water if you need too. A lot of folks do that. I only vape VG, so if that is also what you do, check out High Brow Vapors. They have some amazing flavors and I love their Vanilla Bean. Its thinner than Vanda with a similar flavor.
