When I first got my Provari mini brand new from Provape, the Logo was 3 quarters of the way gone within the first month. So I e-mailed provape to ask if it'd be possible to send it in to have the logo redone. I told them I would be open to paying for it. I got an e-mail response back that said that the logo may fade, but it will always be there because of the anodizing, and that I should man up and get over it. (essentially) lol.
So I believe they stamp the logo onto the body with some sort of paint. They then anodize the body in a electrically charged chemical bath. The paint logo isn't affected by the anodizing process, and the bare metal underneath the logo stays unanodized. So even when the Provari V2's paint logo does completely fade, you can still see PROVARI because the anodizing is around the letters.
