concurIf they smoked 20 years and vaped 6, and got COPD, it would just be attributed to smoking...The new breed of never smokers who are now vaping are the case studies...

You would need to vape an insane amount to reach the same levels that they breathed in during their work day, like 60ml+ daily of juice with 1000ppm of da in it.
I'd never heard of them before.
They claim to be DA-free, but say nothing about AP.
They also claim "Formulas FDA Registered / All formulations on file with the FDA". What does that mean, exactly? Is the FDA already accepting product registrations for stuff that it hasn't yet deemed to be under its jurisdiction?
Sorry, but "ppm per day" does not compute. Now, multiply that .00005 by the amount of ml of air taken in a day, what does it give you?
168-192ppm per day, or in other words falls directly in the middle of their numbers.
What are their numbers? 86 - 302ppm per day.
And.... you make this stuff up as you go along?Doesn't heating diacetyl make it more potent?
Yes it does...

Sounds scary. Where are all the millions of popcorn lung infested vapers? Oh wait... they're in hiding. From us, from their doctors, they are all up in cabins in the remote Yukon, without even internet, dying alone. A tragedy. One property of diacetyl that impacts its toxicity is the ease of inhalation of the vapors. Flavoring chemicals in general, including diacetyl can be easily inhaled because they are very volatile substances that readily evaporate from solid or liquid forms into the air, a characteristic that is further amplified by application of heat.

If your ejuice has 1000ppm of diacetyl per ml vaping it at 5 watts or 2000 watts will still make it have 1000ppm per ml... Heat won't magically create more ....ing buttery molecules than were already present in the juice to begin with.
Every chemical reaction in the known universe is accelerated by heat. That paragraph is a very artfully constructed piece of fear mongering, but truly a duh moment. One property of diacetyl that impacts its toxicity is the ease of inhalation of the vapors. So now you've decided no one cares about their health. Truly, Steve, your ability to write fiction here is breathtaking. But I'm not impressed at all with fiction.Given the symptoms, they probably just think they have asthma, bronchitis or allergies or COPD from smoking, or any other number of things which diacetyl lung damage has been confused with...
I really wonder why some quit smoking if they don't care about their health...
Oh but I love fiction - but only when it's openly sold as fiction, not when it masquerades as fact.So now you've decided no one cares about their health. Truly, Steve, your ability to write fiction here is breathtaking. But I'm not impressed at all with fiction.
Too early to show up. Give it some time Grasshoppa.Sounds scary. Where are all the millions of popcorn lung infested vapers? Oh wait... they're in hiding. From us, from their doctors, they are all up in cabins in the remote Yukon, without even internet, dying alone. A tragedy.
