That's what happens when people rip others off in the unregulated classifieds. Once that happens to many times it either has to be regulated, to prevent such things as much as possible, or gotten rid of altogether. Which would you rather have?

I would rather have a smarter approach at it which has been proven to work many times over. It really is a simple thing to do and run without many issues!!!!
No guarantee you'd be able to move that on this board even with verification and access.

When I found out people were waiting for access for 6 months, I started looking around. There are classifieds on other forums.
There's lots of vape stuff on Ebay but it's against their rules. Also, how would you know that the person is of legal age? Although you need to be 18 yo to register on Ebay, there are kids whose parents create accounts for them. And even if the person is 18, there are some places in the US that have a legal age of 19 or 21.
I ended up selling on Craigslist. Unfortunately forum members missed some good deals!

Sadly, dear one, I believe that's true now, at least partly. You would not be able to see the Classies until you were verified - if you could get verified.

Unfortunately a lot of good selling and buying is now happening "Over there" as a result. I admit guilt in that area myself, and am even starting to list sales there (which I never expected to do). Too many people waiting to get in on this side, while the reach is simply much greater "there" than "here".
It saddens me, it does, but ours is not to question why (as my father always said before he whooped my behind).
Yea...but...but...imagine the amount of buying/selling that could be going on if additional buyers/sellers could get Verified...
(It's like the ol' "Axiom of Taxes"...The way to increase the DEMAND for anything is to lower (or eliminate) the TAX on it)…

The other sites are just more user friendly in the trade sense. This is why I never bothered getting verified to begin with. If I wanted to dance through hoops I'd buy a hula hoop.
