is Vape NW reliable?

ordered an rda from them about 2 days ago and the only update I've gotten was "labeling created" and something like it's waiting for USPS to pick it up or something.

anyone have experience or know if they are reliable. not sure if the status is updating but my other orders I bought on the same day are updating and moving

I've placed several orders with VapeNW, and they've always shipped quickly and reliably. I wouldn't worry about it unless you don't receive your package in the next couple days.

Good point. I had to return one defective product and it was a bit of an ordeal to get them to send the pre-paid return label.

One tip I have for dealing with their CS is to be the proverbial "squeaky wheel". Squeak at em every day, or you'll never get that grease. ;)

the only thing that makes me think they are not reliable is my order status is still stuck on label info sending to usps but this happened to me before and my package came in. I bought an rda from them so I'm sure it will work
When did ya order it?
I ordered two Pico's last Monday and got them on Friday.

I ordered a velocity clone on Monday morning/lunch time during my state. didn't expect it to ship out until Tuesday as do all orders regardless big or small that I have ordered unless stated other wise. I believe it's 2-3 day shipping so I'm expecting at earliest tomorrow and at the latest Friday/Saturday. I'm thinking order status was not updated for this product but is probably on it's way

They are reliable and I have found returns easy to as long as you take pictures of the device and explain the problem. I returned a Reuleaux and got my store credit 2 days after mailing it. I decided to order another one and got it 3 days later. For 2 days the order said processing and then the next day, it showed completed and tracking showed delivered to my Post Office. USPS tracking isn't always the best.

yea it isn't I find it to update very slow. I only like to use it to see when my package arrives in my state. in the past I dealt with some companies that would say the items were in stock but they were not and they would keep selling to people and I had to bug them daily for a refund or the product. it was for digital items though for a video game

If you have an issue with a product, they require a video of the problem, even if said problem is impossible to video (such as a mod intermittently misfiring).

I wouldn't buy from them again if they were the last vendor left (I'm well stocked, thankfully).

Yeah I wouldn't order from any "last vendor left" no incentive for good customer service. :D

I wish I'd seen this one before. I've not the time nor interest of playing games with these people.

Wow Eciggity had me make a video of my griffin rta that had a bad positive post. I just recorded me opening the tank and all the parts fell out. They sent me a whole new tank. I suggest at least trying. It ...... me off at first also, but was worth it in the end. I think they just want some sort of proof to make sure your not scamming them.


Also ive ordered from vapeNW a few times and was no problem. Now i havent had to return anything to them yet so i cant say, but out of the 6-8 items I've got from them recently they seem fine

i've used them probably 8-9 times now and have had 2 returns and had no problems. they asked for me to take pics or video of my problems. my screen stopped working on my istick 30w after about 10 days of receiving it. i sent them a picture of me pressing fire button with no screen coming on. no problem, i sent it in and they asked if i wanted store credit or refund, i took the credit and put is towards an istick 50w.

then i had a problem with misfires on my sigelei 213. i told them it happens randomly, and they sent me a straight exchange. since it was within 48hrs of receiving, they even sent me a return label free of charge. since i am in the same state as them, i was only without my device for 2 days.

i am very happy with their prices and their service and will continue to use them.
