I've had no problems with them FWIW.
This is the problem I'm having. Did they make YOU send in a video?
I don't consider them a top tier vendor. As with all vendors, take time to read and understand the return policy posted at the website.
not on the misfire issue. no. they asked me to, then i explained to them that it would be a huge pain in the rear catching it on video as the misfires seemed randon and they understood and sent me a return label. i did have 10 misfires in 2 days.
are you having misfire issue with the sig213? i found out what was actually happening. the sig213 screen goes to sleep at exactly 13 seconds. if you fire the mod while the screen is going to sleep mode, it will not fire and screen will come on when you let go of the fire button. so i don't think my device was actually defective. this is just how it was designed. kind of a bug but can't be fixed since the device is not firmware upgradeable. this is a problem with all sig213's that i know of. but at the time, i got the mod when it first came out, so it wasn't figured out until after i had already received my replacement.

ordered an RDA from them about 2 days ago and the only update I've gotten was "labeling created" and something like it's waiting for USPS to pick it up or something.
anyone have experience or know if they are reliable. not sure if the status is updating but my other orders I bought on the same day are updating and moving
the only thing that makes me think they are not reliable is my order status is still stuck on label info sending to usps but this happened to me before and my package came in. I bought an rda from them so I'm sure it will work
If you have an issue with a product, they require a video of the problem, even if said problem is impossible to video (such as a mod intermittently misfiring).
I wouldn't buy from them again if they were the last vendor left (I'm well stocked, thankfully).

Sorry to hear that.
I since updated that post. But thank you.
Great that they helped you out. I'd be in the very same boat so I'm interested in seeing this issue resolved.
