then i had a problem with misfires on my sigelei 213. i told them it happens randomly, and they sent me a straight exchange. since it was within 48hrs of receiving, they even sent me a return label free of charge. since i am in the same state as them, i was only without my device for 2 days.

This is the problem I'm having. Did they make YOU send in a video?

not on the misfire issue. no. they asked me to, then i explained to them that it would be a huge pain in the rear catching it on video as the misfires seemed randon and they understood and sent me a return label. i did have 10 misfires in 2 days.

are you having misfire issue with the sig213? i found out what was actually happening. the sig213 screen goes to sleep at exactly 13 seconds. if you fire the mod while the screen is going to sleep mode, it will not fire and screen will come on when you let go of the fire button. so i don't think my device was actually defective. this is just how it was designed. kind of a bug but can't be fixed since the device is not firmware upgradeable. this is a problem with all sig213's that i know of. but at the time, i got the mod when it first came out, so it wasn't figured out until after i had already received my replacement.

Mine is with the RX75. They're not treating me the same way.

I'd be fine if they did.

I don't consider them a top tier vendor. As with all vendors, take time to read and understand the return policy posted at the website.

And is THIS what you referring to?
• Add photos or videos to speed up the process as documentation of a defect is required before we can approve any returns/exchanges

My written description is "documentation of a defect" too. Nowhere does it state that a video is required.

Order most of my things from them and have never had any issues. Usps tracking for me shows nothing was done for a day or so then the next it had a whole list of updates lol. Every order has been delivered within the week and everything I have received works like a charm! Will continue to use them, and even more so if they were the last vendor on the face of the earth!

I've had a few purchases from them. I pleasantly was surprised when on an item eligible for free shipping, they sent it 2 day Priority mail rather than standard USPS. They also shipped over a holiday weekend so it arrived that Wednesday the same week. And that was over the big 7/4 sales weekend when I would expect them to be backed up with additional orders from the ongoing sale. I've never need customer service, so I can't address that, but from my experience I'd order from them again.

ordered an RDA from them about 2 days ago and the only update I've gotten was "labeling created" and something like it's waiting for USPS to pick it up or something.

anyone have experience or know if they are reliable. not sure if the status is updating but my other orders I bought on the same day are updating and moving

I've ordered at least 4 times from Vape NW. They're great. Just a tad expensive...you can find cheaper but not better service.

the only thing that makes me think they are not reliable is my order status is still stuck on label info sending to usps but this happened to me before and my package came in. I bought an rda from them so I'm sure it will work

Vape NW inventory management system is cutting edge. Just my opinion. I don't have a Business degree in Transportation - Logistics, but Management Information Systems. Its like a few other vendors keeps you up to date of the entire process.

I would assume that they like many others are kind of swamped with Deeming going in to effect. I bet their orders are way over the norm.

If you have an issue with a product, they require a video of the problem, even if said problem is impossible to video (such as a mod intermittently misfiring).

I wouldn't buy from them again if they were the last vendor left (I'm well stocked, thankfully).

Sorry to hear that.

Yep, the Sig 213 and Sig Fuchai 213 are a real mess. It's a great mod for power/wattage mode when it works but TC does not work. I have 2 - Sig 213s, and 4 - Fuchai. I bought them to do temp control, but most of my time is not in TC, so as long as they work, I'm fine. They were going to be my main vapocalypse mod but after finding they did not do TC I've started to buy RX200s mods....and those are a whole nother story too.

I'll probably buy 5 to 10 - RX200s, and then I'll have to change out the 510 connectors b/c they're faulty.

Great that they helped you out. I'd be in the very same boat so I'm interested in seeing this issue resolved.

Their prices for this mod are half what most are, so I was fairly conflicted. I was upset at their presentation, which set me off. I'd have given them my card again (after buying FOUR of these), and allowed them to charge me if they disagreed with my assessment.

But spending two days trying to get authorization was a bit much. I ended up shipping it back WITHOUT authorization. I never expected to receive a replacement.

So, all in all, I can't complain one bit (in retrospect, of course).

I'm finding this out now. They want a video of the low ohms I'm seeing on both of my Target Mini's. That's a lot of hassle, so I wasn't going to bother, and in a week they automatically closed the ticket.

But now I'm seeing a loose 510 atomizer connection on one, and the other one drains the battery in 3-4 days when sitting completely OFF. I just wrote them minutes a go, so I'll see how they respond. I'm used to dealing with companies like MVS, no questions asked, they send a link to print out a prepaid mailer, and you get a new one. But like most, they don't have stock on every item you may want. If I get jerked around, I'll take my business elsewhere. IMO, a good repeat customer is worth more then a few bucks!

I just got my RX200S a couple of days ago. My Kayfun V2 and 3.1 don't quite bottom out on the top bezel of the mod, lacking a half mm or so, but it's working fine with KF and Squapes. There's a slight wobble because the atomizer doesn't bottom out on the bezel. I'll probably order a 510 to 510 thread saver to fix that and save the connection.

When I screw the atomizer on it hits a soft stop and I don't try to force it past that point. There's not enough overtravel in the 510 connection, IMO. I make contact and can vape about one turn from the stopping point. I can slide 3 sheets of 24# inkjet paper under the atomizer once it stops and tightens.

If you wait a while and check user experiences you might get one with the retrofitted 510 connection. They are going to have to fix that problem to retain market share.

Battery life isn't what I expected. I vape at 10W and get about 8 to 10 hours from three 2100mah 30A Sony VTC4's. I'm ordering three LG HG2's for the 3000mah capacity, but they are 20A batteries which should be fine for a tootle puffer. I chose the Sonys for the 30A rating, but what I need is more MAH. ;)
