I placed my first VapeNW order a few weeks ago. They shipped me the wrong item. I was required to return it before my correct item was shipped. I was promised a "free bottle of juice for the mix up". When I received my correct item, there was no juice, no coupon, no token of good will. I'm not hard to please, but no small compensation for an inconvenience that was not my fault is poor customer service. TWO oversights on my very first order means I'm not going to order from VapeNW again. Onward and upward ....

Thanks for all the support here. Honestly I'm not really concerned one way or the other. I make my posts to help others. I feel it's always the vendors loss if they don't do right by the customers.

As far as requiring loyal, multiple order, repeat business customers to take time out of their busy lives to prove product failure, I believe it's just plain wrong.

So, in my case one of the issues is the mod after being fully charged and turned off, left alone for 3-4 days, and then turned back on, ZERO battery life! The 2nd identical mod does not do that.

To make a video of this issue would require using a phone or digital camera, and doing a 3-4 day, TIME LAPSE video. See the point now?

ordered an RDA from them about 2 days ago and the only update I've gotten was "labeling created" and something like it's waiting for USPS to pick it up or something.

anyone have experience or know if they are reliable. not sure if the status is updating but my other orders I bought on the same day are updating and moving
This has happened to me 3x's with them. Each time they blamed the postal service. When it was clear my packages never departed their property, they told me I had to wait FIFTEEN days before a new order could be shipped...even though the first never was. On the 15th day they told me the item was no longer in stock & offered to put my money to something I didn't order like that was going to be ok with me. :censored: them!
Buuuut....I do hope you get your stuff.

That's ridiculous, Lexi. :grr:

They DID do right by me, after raising my blood pressure to dangerous levels, so I'm somewhat on-the-fence, but reading your experience is nudging at me. I'm sorry you went through that. You definitely deserve better, but I'm biased. :)

Funny comparison to another company. Over the weekend I ordered a tank from ecig.com. Got my confirmation and whatnot, but as of Wednesday I had not received a tracking number and was wondering when it would ship. I knew they have a retail store and list their hours as 9-5 (roughly) and are one hour behind from me. So I popped off an email around 8 AM my time figuring I'd hear back sometime during the day. Within a half hour, I had an email apologizing for not getting the tracking number out to me and provided a link to USPS. Turned out it was scheduled for delivery yesterday (2 business days from the order, and only first class mail from Oklahoma). I emailed back a thanks and immediately got a response hoping that I like the tank.

That's a company that has earned future business from me.

You have GOT to be kidding. That's beyond absurd. I'm so not pleased to hear you had this experience with them. :grr:

On the first page of this thread, I stated that I had not had any issues with VapeNW in the past. Well, scratch that. Last week I ordered a mod from them that their site said was "in stock", and the next day I received an email telling me it was not in stock, and they would be crediting my card.

I understand that things happen, but in this case, after receiving the email I checked their site, and it still showed "in stock".

On a side note, the email I received (from Josh) didn't contain anything resembling "sorry about that", "sorry for the inconvenience", or even a polite "go screw yourself" lol.

Interestingly enough when I joined ECF I remember a gazillion posts that basically said shipping from this vendor was hit or miss buuuuuut me being me figured I'd had such speedy service with other vendors, so this wouldn't happen to me.......it happened on my 1st order :-x & it was another year before I ordered anything else from them again.

But you know what, this is how it goes.....some of us have had problems with certain vendors while others haven't had issues at all & vice versa. There's too many of them to loose sleep over so it's not as though any of us have to give our money to them when they fail us.

I remember some very similar chit-chat about VapeNW from years ago.

DPL and I were discussing that just tonite. There was a LOT of back and forth on whether or not they were a reputable vendor. It appears they still have the jury out.

And the hits just keep on comin'.

Wow, LMS, that is REALLY "on the rude side". No apology at all? I was actually getting excited for a minute there that you even GOT an email.

I'm still waiting for 3 replies. ;)

Based on the experiences of those on this thread, including yours, I guess I am lucky I received any reply at all. I'm a fairly easy-going guy, and if they would have included a simple "sorry" in the email, I would have been fine with that.

It seems like so many vendors (and not only vape related either) feel as if providing just the most basic of customer service is either a chore, or they consider it to be doing the customer a favor.

As a customer, I have never wanted to be treated special...but I do expect to be treated decent, and fairly.

Folks, this is beginning to be a borderline "bash the vendor" type thread which isn't permitted. Let's be careful or we'll have to delete the thread as something that should have been posted in the Negative Reviews forum.
Quick question for you~

I know threads like this always seem to be about bashing a vendor when in fact they're just people sharing their experiences- some good- some bad.

So my question for you is HOW do we respond where it doesn't come off as bashing a vendor?

I'd hate to see threads like this get closed for something that is not the intent.

Acceptable: Ordered "x" and received "y", never responded to my inquiries.

Not Acceptable: Rotten dirty scoundrels never responded to my emails. I'll never order from the "unprintable Anglo Saxon words" ever again.
