I'm finding this out now. They want a video of the low ohms I'm seeing on both of my Target Mini's. That's a lot of hassle, so I wasn't going to bother, and in a week they automatically closed the ticket.

But now I'm seeing a loose 510 atomizer connection on one, and the other one drains the battery in 3-4 days when sitting completely OFF. I just wrote them minutes a go, so I'll see how they respond. I'm used to dealing with companies like MVS, no questions asked, they send a link to print out a prepaid mailer, and you get a new one. But like most, they don't have stock on every item you may want. If I get jerked around, I'll take my business elsewhere. IMO, a good repeat customer is worth more then a few bucks!

I hope it works out, Mac. And yes, you hit all the key points. Too bad because they seem like a great vendor, outside of that.

There's a highly knowledgeable vape store a few miles from my house. All the sales people get trained and the owner or an experienced supervisor is there all the time. It's about 20% more to buy mods retail from them, but they offer a 30 day return policy and I've had to use it once or twice.

If I can get it on sale, I buy from them. It's really nice to drive a short distance and get an over the counter swap out. I went through two istick 50w mods with displays that died during the warranty period and they allowed me store credit at my insistence to move over to a Cool Fire IV. That would have been aggravating through mail order.

I've been spoiled by 4-5 years of ProVape, Billet Box Vaper, Discount Vapers, and the like. This whole, "Shoot a video", then "Now shoot ANOTHER video" thing kind of took me aback.

It's all good now, but I'd have preferred to avoid the aggravation. But I can't complain about the price, so... (for whatever all this rambling is worth).

I have found VapeNW reliable, in terms of the ordering and shipping process. I love their prices.

However, they fall SHARPLY below average on the communication scale. They decided to not reply to a few emails I had sent them.

Things that make ya go hmmmmmm.

Indeed. Since 2009, I've probably ordered from most online vendors. My final assessment is based on how they handle customer service. Cheap prices, fast shipping are all great, until you have a problem, that's when you can judge their true character. I'm still waiting for a response.

I have a general rule I never order anything worth more than 50 dollars from vendors with less than perfect customer service. They (VapeNW) do have some decent prices for a few things we use on a day to day basis so for those little nic-nacks sure I'll order from them.

Would I ever buy an expensive mod or anything of real value? No! I'd rather spend a bit more and get piece of mind. I guess the really good vendors like Provape have spoiled me.

And I SINCERELY hope that response is forthcoming, Mac.

I love VapeNW!!!

Few weeks ago I put in an order from them and Origin Vapes at the same time. Origin is 5 hours drive, NW is 5 days drive. The NW order arrived first.

I've never had a problem with them but have with others and done the picture and video thing. I love that way of handling things. I understand that some vapers are older people and this type of thing is complicated. I can't imagin if my mother ever faces this. But I'm only 50 and am completely in love with the modern way. Pull my phone out, shoot a 30 second video and text to email.

Depends on what you are asked to make a video of. My time is valuable, more then the $70, I may be out. Sometimes it's not about the money. I'll stand on principle, most of the companies I order from don't ask the customer to prove such insignificant crap. They would rather have happy customers, repeat business, and good word of mouth recommendations. Take this entire thread as an example. Glad you have the time and enjoy making cell phone videos.

If 32 seconds (1 to set up, 30 to shoot and 1 to send ) is ever hard to come up with I will step back and reevaluate my priorities cause I'm burning the candle at both ends.

I've got about 200 vapemail order under my belt now. I've had two problems and one was my fault. So 198 orders that went as planned.

Again. Depends on what your problem is and what you are asked to prove. If you read the whole thread, you'll see many issues are NOT video subject matter. A good company could take the product back, and test it themselves, then decide if they want to swap it or give a store credit. This is how most quality companies do business.

Any company can and will have occasional missteps in service. The question becomes how do they handle it. If they own up and address it I'm satisfied. If they won't recognize they erred, I move on from there.

Exactly!

I think we are going round and round now. I'll let everyone know how it turns out. Then I'll move on. If this were MVS, it would be in the mail already.

I will say, MVS service is superb. It's a bonus they're located quite close to me so everything is next day regardless of the shipping option (nice way to save when you want that new shiny in hand NOW). They really go out of their way to make sure you're happy, and are super fast in response.

As I said in an earlier post on this thread, I recently ordered a Duo from VapeNWon sale over the July 4th weekend. Came with free 2 day shipping (and all they said was free shipping over $75, so I expected the usual first class mail) and I had it on Wednesday of that week, even though Monday was the holiday. However, everything worked and I haven't had to reach out for support. Am I satisfied to date? Sure. But I haven't had to face a runaround on service.

I hope they get this resolved quickly for you. Sometimes there really is an error in communication and they'll pick up the ball and solve your issue.
